The V Jump promotional cards are a series of OCG promotional card releases available through V Jump, a Japanese manga anthology published monthly, usually on the 21st. Most of the cards are included individually in issues of the magazine, sometimes alongside promotional Tokens, but six each year are available in bi-annual subscription bonuses, three each in Spring and Fall bonus packs, for those who subscribe or renew their subscription to the magazine within a certain time frame.
Many of these and the Weekly Shōnen Jump promotional cards used to be introduced to the TCG as Shonen Jump promotional cards, mirroring the status of Shonen Jump (and its digital successors Weekly Shonen Jump Alpha and Weekly Shonen Jump) as an English version of V Jump and Weekly Shōnen Jump, until its termination with the June 2019 issue.
These promotional cards are usually exclusive for some time, and on occasion they get reprinted in preconstructed Decks and Booster Packs only years later.
