The following is a list of cards based on scenes from the various Yu-Gi-Oh! anime/manga series. This includes cards whose artwork strongly resembles the visuals of certain shots/panels, or rearranges elements that were present in a scene from a new perspective.
This list does not include monsters whose pose is based on a panel or scene in which they appeared in, but does include OCG/TCG-original monster cards that were based on monsters as they were seen in certain scenes.

- "Electric Jellyfish", based on Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 72 (Duelist Duel 13): "Attack from the Deep" where "Jellyfish" was able to absorb the electric attack of "Feral Imp" equipped with "Horn of the Unicorn" and becomes stronger in the process.
- "Enraged Battle Ox", based on Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 228 (Duelist Duel 169): "The Death of Obelisk?" where the ka of "Battle Ox" is summoned by Priest Seto.
- "Gate Guardian of Thunder and Wind", based on the appearance of "Gate Guardian" after "Suijin" is destroyed in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 97 (Duelist Duel 38): "The Final Card" and Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Double Trouble Duel, Part 3". 21: "
- "Illusionist Faceless Magician", based on Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 62 (Duelist Duel 3): "Countdown!!" in which Pegasus equips "Illusionist Faceless Mage" with "Eye of Deception" for a combination attack.
- "Legendary Dueling Field" is a stylized version of the Domino City Plaza where the Battle City tournament kicks off in the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga, anime and video games.
- "Mystical Elf - White Lightning", based on Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 76 (Duelist Duel 17): "The Legendary Dragon" where Yami Yugi attacks Ventriloquist of the Dead using "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" while strengthened by "Mystical Elf".
- "Red-Eyes Soul", based on the appearance "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" after losing its wing from the attack of "Rocket Warrior" in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 195 (Duelist Duel 136): "Yugi Fights Alone" and Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Friends 'Til the End, Part 2". The artwork is taken from Yu-Gi-Oh! - "Card of the Soul", based on Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 327 (Millennium World Duel 49): "I Won't Give Up!!" where Yugi draws "Gandora the Dragon of Destruction".
