- Summons Ra's Disciple (1100/0) in Attack Position and activates its effect; When it's summoned, Franz can add up to 2 more of the same card from his Deck to his hand
- Activates Trap Booster and discards a card. Now, any Trap Card can be activated from his hand. He chooses to activate Ultimate Offering. With the effect of Ultimate Offering, Franz can Normal Summon 1 additional monster for the cost of 500 LP per monster. Paying 1000 Life Points (Franz: 3000 LP), he summons his 2 other Disciples from his hand.
- Paying an additional 500 LP (Franz: 2500 LP), Franz tributes his 3 Disciples and chants the ancient spell that can summon The Winged Dragon of Ra (?/?), who appears in Attack Position
- Activates Ra's effect; its ATK and DEF are both equal to the total ATK and DEF of the tributed monsters (3300/0)
- Pegasus tries to warn Franz that Ra will not obey him, but Franz boasts that he can control Ra and proves it by activating his Field Spell, Mound of the Bound Creator. With this Field Spell in play, all Level 10 Monsters can attack, regardless of any conditions or restrictions, and cannot be affected by any card effects Jaden would use or control.
- Ra attacks and destroys Necroid Shaman (Jaden: 2600 LP). On this note, Franz's Field Spell takes effect. Since Ra, a Level 10 Monster, destroyed a monster Jaden controlled, Jaden takes 400 extra points of damage. (Jaden: 2200 LP)

- Activates another of Ra's effects; by paying 1000 LP (Franz: 1200 LP), he transforms Ra into its Egyptian God Phoenix mode, which automatically destroys all of Jaden's monsters.
- Activates Ra's Point-to-Point Transfer effect; by dropping his LP to 1 point, he can add the points he lost to Ra's ATK. Paying 1199 LP (Franz 1), he adds the same amount of ATK to Ra's ATK (4499/0)
- Attacks Jaden directly with Ra, but Jaden activates his Damage-Off Zone's other effect. By sending it to the Graveyard and paying half his original LP (Jaden: 900 LP), all Battle Damage to him is negated.
- Franz sets a card

- Activates the Field Spell Skyscraper 2 - Hero City. With the new Field Spell now in play, Mound of the Bound Creator is negated and destroyed.
- Skyscraper 2 allows Jaden to Special Summon 1 Elemental Hero from his graveyard—as long as it was destroyed in battle first—once during every one of his turns. He chooses Neos and Special Summons it in Attack Position (2500/2000)
- Summons Neo-Spacian Glow Moss (300/900), also in Attack Position and activates its effect. When it battles during the Battle Phase, Franz must draw 1 card from his Deck and show it to Jaden. Glow Moss's effect depends on the card he draws.
- The top card of Franz's Deck is Monster Reborn, a Spell Card, which means Glow Moss can attack Franz directly, but Franz activates his facedown De-Fusion, separating himself from Ra, dropping its ATK to 0, and increasing his LP by the same amount that Ra lost. (Franz: 4500 LP) (NOTE: In the real game, this would not work, because using "The Winged Dragon of Ra" would be illegal, and "De-Fusion" only works on Fusion Monsters that were properly Fusion Summoned first.)
- On this note, Jaden must Replay his battle and target Ra with Glow Moss, who destroys it. (Franz: 4200 LP)
- Neos attacks Franz directly (Franz: 1700 LP)
- Jaden activates Necro Illusion. Since a monster Franz controlled was destroyed in battle and sent to the Graveyard, Jaden can re-summon it to the field under his control. He re-summons The Winged Dragon of Ra (?/?).
- Activates Ra's Point-to-Point Transfer effect, paying 899 LP (Jaden: 1) and then tributing his Neos and Glow Moss. The combined ATK and DEF of all the Tributed monsters and the LP Jaden paid automatically become Ra's ATK and DEF (3699/2900)
- Ra attacks Franz directly (Franz: 0 LP)
