ダークシグナー騒動以前の治安維持局長官にして、イリアステル第３６０代星護主。

兄ルドガーと共に不動博士の助手を務め、モーメントの開発に立ち合う。 「ゼロ・リバース」の直前にモーメントの制御装置の鍵となるシグナーの竜のカードを不動博士に託され、ダークシグナーとなることを決心した兄からはシグナーの赤き竜の頭の痣が刻まれた左腕を託された。

治安維持局長官執任後は赤き竜の痣を持つシグナーを集めシグナーとしての覚醒を促し、街の危機を救うためとしてダークシグナーとの戦いに仕向けた。 自らは旧モーメントにてルドガーと戦い、わざと敗北し、「コンドル」の地上絵の痣を持つダークシグナーとして蘇った。 さらに兄の左腕を自らに繋げることで、一つの体に同時に二つの神を宿し、それぞれの力を手に入れた。冥界の王の力で世界を滅ぼし、赤き竜の力で世界を再生し、赤き竜と邪神の戦いの輪廻に決着をつけるためである。 冥界の王を迎え入れる儀式として、遊星、ジャック、クロウとの最後の決戦わ行ったが、激戦の末、遊星たちの絆の前に敗北、兄と共に光の中へと消えた。

ダークシグナーのときはシンクロモンスター「太陽龍インティ」、ダークシンクロモンスター「月影龍クイラ」、さらに「地縛神 Ｗｉｒａｑｏｃｈａ Ｒａｓｃａ」を使う強力なデッキを使用していた。

The Director of the Public Security Maintenance Bureau before the conflict against the Dark Signers, and Yliaster's 360th Star Guardian.

He and his older brother Rudger worked as Doctor Fudo's assistants, and they were involved in the development of Moment. Right before the Zero Reverse, he was given the cards of four of the Crimson Dragon's servants by Doctor Fudo, asking him to use them to seal the reactor, and his older brother entrusted him with his left arm, imbued with the Crimson Dragon's head birthmark, begging him to stop him after he became a Dark Signer.

After he rose to the position of Director, he used his influence to gather the Signers, awaken their powers, and set them up to defeat the Dark Signers and protect the City. Heading to the old Moment reactor, he faced Rudger in a duel and deliberately lost, leading him to be brought back to life as a Dark Signer with a birthmark in the shape of a condor-like geoglyph. Attaching his brother's left arm to his body, he would now possess the powers of two different gods, the King of the Underworld and the Crimson Dragon. He intended to destroy the world with the powers of the former and recreate it with the latter's, putting an end to their eternal conflict. As a ritual to welcome the King of the Underworld, he faced Yusei, Jack and Crow all at once. He was ultimately defeated after a very intense battle because of the bonds between Yusei and his friends, and he then disappeared into the light with his older brother.

During his time as a Dark Signer, he used a potent Deck featuring the Synchro Monster Sun Dragon Inti, the Dark Synchro Monster Moonlight Dragon Quilla, and the Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasca.
