Rally is once again a Tier 1 character, but he must now be unlocked by finishing Yusei's and Jack's stories.

Clearing Rally's last story event awards the player with 3 copies of "Turbo Cannon".

盗（ぬす）み癖（ぐせ）があり、それで過去（かこ）捕（つか）まったことがあるのか左目（ひだりめ）の下（した）にマーカーが入（はい）っている。
ちなみにマーカーのＩＤ（アイディー）は「AWX86007」。

遊星（ゆうせい）を慕（した）っており、遊星（ゆうせい）号（ごう）の作成（さくせい）にあたって一番（いちばん）積極的（せっきょくてき）にパーツを集（あつ）めたのが彼（かれ）なのではないかと思（おも）われる。
完成後（かんせいご）もスピードアップさせるチップを提供（ていきょう）したりしていた。

不動（ふどう）遊星（ゆうせい）とジャック・アトラスを「サテライトの星（ほし）」として憧（あこが）れ、応援（おうえん）しており、それゆえ数年前（すうねんまえ）ふたりが決別（けつべつ）したことを誰（だれ）よりも心配（しんぱい）している。
当人（とうにん）もジャックがシティに行（い）くために人質（ひとじち）として利用（りよう）されてしまったのだが、もう気（き）にしてはいない様子（ようす）である。

デュエルでは「ワンショット」系（けい）のカードを主力（しゅりょく）とし、シティに向（む）かう遊星（ゆうせい）にもお守（まも）りとして同種（どうしゅ）のカード「ワンショット・ブースター」を託（たく）している。
このカードは遊星（ゆうせい）のピンチを幾度（いくど）となく救（すく）ってきておりまさにふたりの絆（きずな）の強（つよ）さを体現（たいげん）するカードとなっている。

当初（とうしょ）は性別（せいべつ）不明（ふめい）で多（おお）くの人（ひと）をヤキモキさせた罪作（つみつく）りな少年（しょうねん）。

A young boy who lives in Satellite, and one of Yusei Fudo's friends.

He used to be a constant thief in the past, which eventually got him branded with a criminal mark below his left eye.
His Marker's ID is AWX86007.

Very fond of Yusei. Among his friends, he was the one who scavenged the most parts for the creation of the Yusei Model.
Even after it was finished, he went off to find a special speed-up chip for it.

He looks up to both Yusei Fudo and Jack Atlas, considering both of them as Satellite's brightest stars, and is very sad about their fallout several years ago.
He was used by Jack as a bargaining chip to ensure Jack's plan to go to the City would succeed, but it seems he does not hold any hard feelings about it.

His Decks focus on One-Shot cards. He gave one of those cards, One-Shot Booster, to Yusei as a good luck charm for his adventure in the City.
This card helped Yusei out many times, and it embodies the bond between the two friends.

His appearance is rather androgynous, which used to make many people uncomfortable and think of him as deceitful.

ルドガーに操（あやつ）られて遊星（ゆうせい）と戦（たたか）わせられるが、自（みずか）ら敗北（はいぼく）を選（えら）び消滅（しょうめつ）した。

ダークシグナー騒動（そうどう）後（ご）は魂（たましい）が解放（かいほう）され復活（ふっかつ）、再（ふたた）び仲間（なかま）たちと共（とも）に元気（げんき）に暮（く）らしている。
いつか立派（りっぱ）に成長（せいちょう）した姿（すがた）を遊星（ゆうせい）に見（み）せるのが現在（げんざい）の夢（ゆめ）である。

He stole a special chip from Security for the Yusei Model and was chased by them, but Yusei addressed the situation.
He vowed to not steal again after that, and he is still keeping that promise.
Rudger took control of him in the middle of a duel and pitted him against Yusei, but he willingly defeated himself and disappeared.

After the Dark Signers were defeated, his soul was released and he was revived, and he went back to living with his friends.
His current dream is to show Yusei how much they all have grown.
