Master Guide 1Edit

Master Guide 1 contains the storylines featuring "Upstart Goblin", the Different Dimension (D.D.) and its inhabitants, the "Dark Scorpions", "Gagagigo" and his many forms, "Marauding Captain", "Freed the Matchless General", "Dark Ruler Ha Des", the "Ojamas", "Second Goblin" and his apprenctices, "Mokey Mokey", "Goblin Attack Force", the Huge Revolution, the "Amazoness", the "Gravekeepers", "Outstanding Dog Marron", "Inpachi", the itsu monsters, and Gambling monsters.

Master Guide 2Edit

Master Guide 2 contains the storylines featuring "Warrior Dai Grepher" and Dark Lucius, "Kozaky" and his creations, the "Charmers"/"Familiar-Possessed", the "Dark World", "Great Shogun Shien" and the "Six Samurai", the "Gladiator Beasts", the "Crystal Beasts", the "Aliens", "Goblin Attack Force", "Pot of Greed", "White Magician Pikeru" and "Ebon Magician Curran", and the "Ojamas".

Master Guide 3Edit

Master Guide 3 contains the first part and beginning of the second part of the Duel Terminal storyline, as well as the the storylines featuring the "Legendary Six Samurai", the "Lightsworn", the "Koa'ki Meiru", and "Skull Servant" and the Wight monsters.

V Jump Duelist Set SpecialsEdit

The V Jump Duelist Set Specials contain the storylines featuring the "Geargia" and the "Lightsworn", as well as the role of "Constellar Sombre" and "Evilswarm Kerykeion" in the ending of the second part of the Duel Terminal storyline.

Duel Terminal Master GuideEdit

Duel Terminal Master Guide contains the entire first and second parts of the Duel Terminal storyline, as well as the events between them, and the main parties that took part in it: "Ice Barrier", "Mist Valley", "Flamvell", "X-Saber", "Ally of Justice", "Worm", "Genex", "Naturia", "Fabled", "Jurrac", "Dragunity", "Gem-Knight", "Laval", "Vylon", "Gishki", "Gusto", "Steelswarm", "Constellar", "Evilswarm", and "Sophia, Goddess of Rebirth".

Gagaga Academy TospediaEdit

The Gagaga Academy Tospedia contains the storylines featuring the "Fire Kings", the "Atlantean's" invasion of the "Mermails", the "Gishki's" invasion of the "Gusto", the Dragon Rulers, the "Bujins", the "Spellbooks" and "Prophecy", and the "Ghostricks".

Master Guide 4Edit

Master Guide 4 contains the storylines featuring the conflict between the "Atlanteans", "Fire Kings" and "Mermails", "Condemned Maiden" and the "Forbidden" treasures, the events between the second and third parts of the Duel Terminal storyline, the "Spellbook"/"Prophecy" members and "Endymion", "Sangan", the "Mecha Phantom Beasts", the "Ghostrick", "Alchemic Magician" and "Slacker Magician", and the "Traptrix".

Tales of the Noble KnightsEdit

The Tales of the Noble Knights has card storylines regarding some of the "Noble Knight" monsters and their various support cards.

Master Guide 5Edit

Master Guide 5 contains the third part of the Duel Terminal storyline, and the main parties that took part in in: "Yang Zing", "Shaddoll", "Tellarknight", "Ritual Beast", "Qliphort", "Nekroz", "Infernoid", "Zefra", and "Tierra, Source of Destruction".

Master Guide 6Edit

Master Guide 6 contains the "World Legacy" storyline, featuring "World Chalice", "Krawler", "Mekk-Knight", "Knightmare", "Crusadia", "Orcust", Guardragon, and "Avida, Rebuilder of Worlds". It also contains the storylines of "Upstart Goblin", a somewhat unlucky Goblin boy, the conflict between the "Shiranui" and "Mayakashi", the "SPYRAL" organization, the residents of "Zombie World", "Sky Striker Ace - Raye" and "Sky Striker", "Endymion", "Aleister the Invoker" and "The Grand Spellbook Tower", "Witchcrafter", "I:P Masquerena", "Clara & Rushka, the Ventriloduo", "Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess", and "Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty".

The Valuable Book EXEdit

The Valuable Book EX contains the first part of the "Branded" storyline and the main parties that took part in it: "Fallen of Albaz", "Dogmatika", "Tri-Brigade", and "Springans". It also contains the storylines of "S-Force Rappa Chiyomaru" and the "S-Force", the "Dream Mirrors", the "Live☆Twins"/"Evil★Twins", "Eldlich", the "Virtual World" and its inhabitants, "Magellanica, the Deep Sea City" and the Deep Sea monsters, "Condemned Witch" and the "Darklords", the old and new "Machina" models, "Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder", "Penguin Brave", and "Underworld Goddess of the Closed World". It also contains an addendum to the Duel Terminal storyline detailing the sealing of the Three Dragons of the Ice Barrier by the "Dragunity" tribe, as well as how these events affected the third part of the storyline.

The Valuable Book EX 2Edit

The Valuable Book EX 2 contains the second part of the "Branded" storyline and the main parties that took part in it: "Fallen of Albaz", "Dogmatika", "Tri-Brigade", "Springans", "Despia", "Swordsoul", "Icejade", and "Therion". It also contains the storylines of the "Dinomorphia" gang, the "P.U.N.K." artists, the "Exosisters", the Adventurer called by the "Rite of Aramesir", the "Floowandereeze", the "Gunkan" Suships, "Clavkiys, the Magikey Skyblaster" and the "Magikey", the "Ogdoadic" gods, the "Solfachord" angels, the "Ursarctic" and "Drytron" weapons, the "Amazement" park, "Lord of the Heavenly Prison", "Transonic Bird", "Pilica, Descendant of Gusto"/"Daigusto Laplampilica", and "Witchcrafter Haine"/"Witchcrafter Vice-Madame".

The Valuable Book EX 3 contains the third and final part of the "Branded" storyline and the main parties that took part in it: "Fallen of Albaz", "Dogmatika", "Tri-Brigade", "Springans", "Despia", "Swordsoul", "Icejade", "Therion", "Spright", and "Bystial"; as well as the first part of the "Visas" story, featuring the "Scareclaw", "Tearlaments", "Kashtira", and "Mannadium" archetypes. It also contains the storylines of the "Vaylantz" game, the "Labrynth" castle, the "Runick" and "Generaider" world, "Purrely", the "Mikanko" priestesses, the "Vernusylphs", the "Ninjas" from Darkwing Blast, the "Rescue-ACE" fire brigade, the "Libromancers", "Amazement Abomination Arlekino", "Lil-la Rap", "Gunkan Suship Shari Red", "Sweet Roommaid", "Ultimate Slayer", and "Kurikara Divincarnate".
