- Super-Electromagnetic Voltech Dragon & Batteryman AA: Accommodating the "Batteryman" support cards in LODT

- Soul of Purity and Light: Accommodating "Lightsworn" monsters, introduced in LODT

- Twister, Fairy Wind: Tech used for "floodgates", such as "Light-Imprisoning Mirror", "Stygian Dirge" (BA Decks), "Anti-Spell Fragrance", "Imperial Iron Wall" ("Nekroz" and "Ritual Beast" Decks), "Mistake", etc. But also useful against "Qli" Decks, targeting their Pendulums or their floodgate backrow (though "Skill Drain" was newly Limited, but "Lose 1 Turn" was released). Rarity bump for "Twister".

- Instant Fusion: Super Rare reprint, to accommodate the release of "Elder Entity Norden" in CT12
- Kozmotown: Rarity bump of a pivotal card in the "Kozmo" archetype
- Book of Eclipse: Rarity bump of a tech card used in "Nekroz" Decks as disruption, while simultaneously flipping copies of "Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands" and/or "Senju of the Thousand Hands" face-down to trigger their effects again. - Lose 1 Turn, U.A. Stadium: Needed clarification erratas

- Masked HERO Dark Law: The trump card of modern HERO Decks. (But possibly also for "Phantom Knights" Decks, with "Mask Change II"?)
- Droll & Lock Bird: Excellent Side Deck card, especially with the massive amounts of searching that "Atlantean"/"Mermail" and "Performapal" Decks conduct in a single turn.
- Infernoid Patrulea: The only remaining non-foil of the Level 4 and lower "Infernoid" monsters.
- "Performapal" monsters: Self-explanatory, due to the "Performapal" Deck being Tier 1.
- Dinoster Power, the Mighty Dracoslayer: The only non-foil of the "Dracoslayer" monsters, and used commonly in the archetype's strategy.
- Anti-Spell Fragrance: Popular tech card against Pendulum-based Decks, preventing cards from being activated in the Pendulum Zones.

- Fog King, Mask of Restrict: For use against "Monarch" Decks (though I personally haven't seen "Fog King" teched much...).

- Raigeki: Rarity bump for a commonly-used card.
- Gameciel, the Sea Turtle Kaiju: Common Side Deck card (usually used in tandem with "Interrupted Kaiju Slumber", "Kumongous, the Sticky String Kaiju", and another 1-2 different "Kaiju" monsters) due to its low ATK. For just a Rare card, its secondary market reached about 4-6 USD at one point.
- Fiendish Rhino Warrior: Rarity bump for a practically mandatory card in "Burning Abyss" Decks.

- Dark Eradicator Warlock: To accommodate the upcoming "Dark Magician" support in TDIL.
- Infernity Archfiend: Unknown, probably just for its errata (removing the Damage Step restriction on its effect).
- Cyber Dragon Core: Probably reprinted to reduce secondary market price for it, as it was only printed once as a Super Rare.
- Galaxy Dragon: Unknown. Probably to serve as anti-tech against SR02 cards, though it doesn't seem very useful. Incidentally, this card would have been reprinted in SR02 (TCG side) but was replaced for better tech cards. Ultimately, probably reprinted to give it a functional errata.
- Prediction Princess Coinorma, Prediction Princess Tarotrei, Prediction Ritual: Reprints to support the upcoming "Subterror" archetype (specifically mentioned by Jerome in one of the video segments during the 2016 North American WCQ).
- United We Stand: Unknown. Probably for Pendulum Decks or something.
- The Melody of Awakening Dragon: Reprint to support "Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon in MVP1.
- Wiretap: Unknown. A good card in general, but isn't really needed in the current metagame.
- Because of "Speedroid Taketomborg".
- To complement "Speed Recovery", this being supported by a Konami Decklist.
- "Speedroid" monsters are also considered "roid" monsters.
