White Taki (ホワイト・タキ, Howaito Taki) is a character who appears in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime. He is the President of the Executive Council in the City of the Synchro Dimension.
Council Role
As part of conversations Taki is typically the fifth and last person to speak. He tends to only answer questions put to him by Bordeaux but on occasion will sometimes speak first or offer his own input. He is the City Council President.[1] and as such tends to have the final say on the council's decision.
Personality
His attitude tends to remain positive even in dire situations. Taki remains unworried throughout the King's Gambit crisis, with the exception of when Sergey Volkov revealed his deadly skill.
