Infiltrate! Arcadia Movement, It's my Turn! is the thirty seventh episode of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's.
The Duel between Leo and Divine has ended and Leo's fate is unknown after the defeat. Meanwhile, Carly, after meeting with Misty again, decide to investigate the Arcadia Movement, totally unaware that she will meet her destiny after her encounter with the Arcadia Movement leader, Divine.

Carly Summons Fortune Telling Witch Sui and activates Unacceptable Results to Special Summon Fortune Telling Witch Chi. She then plays the Spell Card Advance Fortune Loan to Special Summon Fortune Telling Witch Fu. Next, she plays Good Fortune - Miracle Stone to raise her witches' attack points to 3000 each.
Divine Summons Psychic Snail in Attack Position, and then plays Emergency Teleport to Special Summon Psychic Commander from his Deck. He then plays Psychokinesis which reduces his life points by 1000 (Divine: 3000) and destroys Good Fortune - Miracle Stone, reducing the ATK of Carly's monsters to 0.
