"Revival Zero" (リバイバル・ゼロ Ribaibaru Zero) is the name of the project devised by Leo Akaba.[1] It is linked to the Arc Area Project and involves Celina and Yuri. As a result, Declan believes that Yuya and his counterparts are also one part of Leo's plan. Within this project is two subcategories, Z-Arc and Ray-A.
