Chojiro Tokumatsu is a character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime. He is the "boss" of the Facility, even higher in authority than the local guards.[2]

Chojiro runs a "Cardian" Deck. After his incarceration, he developed his unbeatable combo of using "Cardian - Ameshikou" to lock down his draw and damage his opponent. Before his incarceration, he relied on his drawing skills.
