Woodborg Inpachi is a character version of the card "Woodborg Inpachi" in Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2008.

The player duels against Woodborg Inpachi as the last of three opponents in Kozaky's laboratory, located in the Civilization Duel World, after defeating Blowback Dragon and agreeing to help with Kozaky's research. Defeating Woodborg Inpachi unlocks it as an opponent in World Championship Mode.

After the player finishes the challenge of Speed Guardian - Ferrario, they can return to Kozaky's laboratory and have rematches against the various forms of Inpachi.
