The Green Coat Duelist is one of the unnamed finalists in the World Duel Carnival. Prior to the start of the finals, he was seen talking with the Mustached Duelist and another individual. He was the second Duelist to be eliminated in the Duel Coaster portion, being defeated by Shark's "Jawsman".[1]
