Heartland police

The Heartland police are the citys protectors. They tracked down Charlie, whom had taken "Number 7: Lucky Stripe". Although they tried to get him to hand it over, he used the Numbers power to get away. Despite their efforts throughout the episode, they're unable to capture him.[1]
