Charlie Mccoy is a character appearing in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime.

Biography

He used to be friend of Yuma and Kari's father, Kazuma Tsukumo. During the World Duel Carnival, he stole "Number 7: Lucky Stripe" from a gallery to test his own luck and strength. He has also stolen the "Numbers" from Yuma. In the episode, he is shown to be heavily reliant on No. 7's powers, such as when he escapes from the police in the beginning and uses it again as a gust to steal people's cards. He also has a lot of luck by rolling 6's for his die rolls.

In a flashback he kissed Kari suggesting they had some kind of relationship.
