"The Organization for Monitoring Interstellar Kriminals" is the second episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! anime. It first aired in Japan on April 10, 2022.

UTS has a new client, who turns out to be Manabu Sogetsu, an agent of the MIK organization! He demands that Yudias turns himself in for being a troublesome illegal alien. And so, Yudias Duels against Manabu, with his freedom on the line!

Summary[edit]

As the narrator declares that Yudias Velgear is a warrior from across the galaxy running across a new battlefield called Rush Dueling, Yudias himself is studying his cards outside the UTS Main Office until Yuhi tells him to pack up his cards, since he can't just look at them in the middle of the street, and Yudias looks around to see several people watching them and apologizes.

Someone watches footage of the twins finding Yudias' ship.

A film bearing the logo "MIK" begins to play, showing Yuhi and Yuamu finding Yudias' spaceship, and a boy muses that Yuhi and Yuamu Ohdo were spotted encountering the target and are elementary school students from Mutsuba Town. A female voice wonders if they're just elementary schoolers, as they have the company they inherited from their parents, Ultraterrestrial Trouble Solutions, or UTS for short, and while it's supposed to be an alien extermination company, in reality they just take any job they can. The film ends and the boy in black gets to his feet and walks through a large room staffed by other people in black uniforms, directing many aliens through the room, and the boy notes that in any case they need an urgent chemical evaluation.

UTS successfully complete a job.

Meanwhile Yuhi tells Yuamu they've identified the target, a grey cat with brown markings, vowing he'll catch the one he let get away the previous day as Yudias watches and noting that no catnapping aliens have been detected. Yuamu tells him to proritize target capture and Yuhi replies "UTS". Yudias is ready to strike, but Yuhi tells him to let him handle it, alerting the cat. They both leap out of the bushes, but Yuhi bumps into something invisible and Yuamu gasps his name as he slides to the ground and the invisible object decloaks - Yudias' spaceship shrunken down. Yuhi laments that the cat got away again, but it's purring happily in Yudias' arms, much to his shock. Soon they've returned the cat to its owner, a blue-haired girl, and she tells the cat she's so relieved it was found, thanking UTS. Yuamu reassures the girl it's no problem and the girl hands them an envelope containing their payment, Yuamu thanking her for her continued patronage and asking her to call if she has any problems in the future. The twins bow, and Yudias quickly follows their example as the woman shuts the door. Yuamu asks Yuhi if he noticed, and Yuhi claims to have noticed the girl smelled nice, but Yuamu was talking about the cat, and Yudias asks if something was wrong with it. Yuamu explains it was different from the cat they tried to catch the previous day with the green star mark, much to the boys' surprise.

Yuamu, Yuhi and Yudias return to Mr. Tazaki.

They return to the UTS Main Office, where Mr. Tazaki welcomes Yuamu and Yuhi back, though he has to remind himself to call Yuamu "president" instead of "young lady". Yuamu tells him their job went well and Tazaki comments that it seems the company they inherited from their father - the previous president - is in good hands as three other employees walk out. Yuhi laments that they were unable to get the Earthdamar back again and Tazaki reassures him he's sure Yuhi will soon get the Earthdamar back, the other three UTS employees nodding in agreement. Yudias asks what the Earthdamar is, but Yuhi just sighs in exasperation and Tazaki whispers to Yudias that he doesn't know either. He tells Yuamu they have a new client, much to her interest and Yuhi's surprise.

Yuhi and Yuamu realize their client is not who he claims to be.

The client, a young man with dishevelled purple hair and light blue clothes, munches on a slice as he explains his dog has got lost, and Yuhi promptly deduces it has to be the work of dog-snatching aliens that also stole his Earthdamar. Yuamu swats Yuhi back into the couch and she asks the client if he only has dogs, the client claimed he does and begging them to find his baby, theorizing it may be in the development area on the town's outskirts. But Yuamu comments that this is a problem, much to Yuhi and the client's confusion, and she explains their clients need to be truthful. The client claims not to know what she means and Yuhi is still confused, so Yuamu explains the client has lied about only having dogs and doesn't even have one to begin with. The client gasps in a similar manner to a cat and Yuhi whispers his sister's name as she gets up and declares this isn't a client, shouting at Yudias (who's pouring boiling water in the kitchen) to run. Yuhi accuses the "client" of being an alien, but Yuamu explains he isn't an alien either, and the "client" asks in a more even tone why he isn't a client. Yuamu holds her right lens, shining green, and explains there's cat hair all over the "client's" clothes, of a color she happened to see yesterday. She notes it would have been dangerous for a housecat to be there and wonders why it was, admitting it's a mystery.

Manabu Sogetsu reveals himself.

Saying the words "cat" and "mystery" prompts the "client" to yell "Chemeowstry" as he flings off his clothing, revealing the dark-haired boy laughing. Yuhi gasps the alien has shown its true form and Yuamu patiently tells her brother the boy isn't an alien, but he is dressed in black like the MIK are, a term Yuhi isn't familiar with. The boy comments that it's a surprise as pleasant as an Erlenmeyer flask for elementary schoolers of such a remote town to have known of him and confirms they are from the MIK, the Organization for Monitoring Interstellar Kriminals. Yuhi's red hair suddenly stands straight up as the cat with the green star that rests on the light above him states it is their job to supervise aliens who come to Earth, and Yuhi gasps in shock that the cat is talking. The cat confirms that the perimeter of the area has already been scouted and the boy from MIK holds up a bag of cards, claiming their scouting mission found cards tainted by unidentified alien material. Yuhi gripes about Yudias spreading his cards around outside until Yuamu notes they're Yuhi's cards, and Yuhi angrily tells the boy from MIK to return his precious cards. The boy from MIK snatches them away, declaring they will be confiscated, so Yuhi challenges him to a Rush Duel over them, holding out his Duel Disk and telling the boy to return them if Yuhi wins. The boy is intrigued, but declares he won't battle a man who just leaves his precious weapons carelessly outside, a comment overheard by Yudias and Tazaki as Tazaki shows Yudias a way out. Yuamu admits she can't argue with that as Yuhi deflates a little.

Yudias enters to defend Yuhi's honor.

Then Yudias opens the door and enters, speaking for Yuhi's honor (as Tazaki asks Yuamu to excuse them). Yuhi whispers Yudias' name and the cat leaps onto the table in front of the boy from MIK, her eyes glowing red as she confirms Yudias is an alien, and the boy braces himself. Yudias explains Yuhi might have misplaced the cards while giving him pointers on Rush Dueling, so Yudias himself bears half the blame (and Yuhi agrees). The boy from MIK tells the troublesome and illegal alien to surrender, and Yudias asks what would happen if he did. The cat claims aliens deemed dangerous to Earth would be deported, while those allowed to remain would be restricted to designated areas under MIK supervision. Yudias promptlly refuses to surrender, much to the boy's surprise, and Yudias explains he traveled to Earth for the sake of the future of his beloved home, the Velgear Star Cluster, and he refuses to allow their freedom to be taken from them. The boy from MIK mutters that it's like they're on different pages and they can't communicate, the words leading him to shout "catmistonia!" startling the cat and prompting Yudias, Yuhi and Yuamu to cover their ears, Yuhi asking if he has to keep shouting like that. With the cat sitting on his shoulders, the boy offers them some advice: on his command, eighty MIK members will invade the building. Yudias, Yuhi and Yuamu all gasp in shock as the cat notes there is an alien, two elemental schoolers, and eight elderly employees, and the boy from MIK tells them to surrender again, claiming they aren't in the business of causing collateral. Yuhi and Yudias exchange shocked glances and Yuamu comments the boy from MIK is right, it would be too much for them. Yuhi says his sister's name in surprise and the boy from MIK is pleased they understand, though Yuamu states they won't just give up Yudias and suggested deciding so in a Rush Duel. The boy from MIK states that he told them a card game is out of the question, but Yudias comments that he understands, noting the boy is a warrior too and commenting that a warrior doesn't run from a fight. The boy sets the bag of cards down, commenting on the notion of Rush Dueling here, and the cat asks Manabu if he's really thinking of doing this. Manabu takes out his Duel Disk, asking who will be his opponent. Yuhi is eager to Duel, but Yudias holds his arm out and asks him to let him handle this. Yuhi whispers Yudias' name and Yuamu declares it's decided; if Manabu wins, he can take Yudias, but Yudias will go free if he wins (and return Yuhi's cards).

Manabu vows not to lose, and Tazaki enters the room and notes it's too small to Duel in, taking them outside to a dirt pitch. The cat sits on a drum as Manabu holds up his Deck and declares "Manabu Sogetsu!" while Yudias holds up his and calls "Velgear Riva" as blue energy engulfs him, catching Manabu and the cat's attention as he assumes his true form again while declaring his own name. Manabu notes this is Yudias' true form and Yudias calls "Let's go!" Both Duelists insert their Decks into their Duel Disks and call "Go Rush!!" deploying the blades and the holographic dome.

Yudias is damaged on the first turn.

Manabu declares his turn and draws, his hand containing two "Super Assistant Achi" and three "Cremation Dog Nitro". He Summons the three "Cremation Dog Nitro", all with 400 ATK and Yuhi grits his teeth as Manabu activates the effect of one of his "Nitro". inflicting 400 damage to his opponent. The eyes of one "Nitro" glow yellow and the ground at Yudias' feet explodes, reducing him to 3600 LP as he gasps the damage he took and asks in shock if Manabu just attacked on the first turn. But Yuamu tells him it was a monster effect, explaining that monsters can either be Normal Monsters or Effect Monsters, the latter of which have effects that can as an example, inflict damage. Yudias muses that Manabu can attack with a combination of his swords and fists and Manabu claims not even God can stop a monster's effect, exclaiming "Godlike Chemeowstry" after repeating the word "god" a few times. Yudias declares he shall face this new rule head-on and Manabu activates the effects of his other two "Nitro", the ground exploding twice beside Yudias as his LP fall to 3200, then to 2800 and he gasps "800". Manabu ends his turn.

Yudias Summons three monsters.

Yudias declares his turn and Velgear Draw, his hand containing two "Asteroeva", two "Interstellime", and "Transamu Rainac". He Summons two "Interstellime" and then chants "When the blade of light sweeps through the celestial river the hero appears to the call of his name! Transamu Rainac!" Yuhi and Yuamu gasp happily at the sight of "Transamu Rainac" and the cat gasps in shock as Manabu notes that it's a Galaxy Type monster and this is the first time he's faced one, Yuhi adding that "Transamu Rainac" is a Level 4 monster with 1600 ATK and asking if Manabu wants to give up yet. Yudias orders his two "Interstellimes" to attack two of the "Nitro" and they change into the two "Nitro" with swirling bodies, reducing Manabu to 2800 LP. Then Yudias orders "Transamu Rainac" to attack the last "Nitro" with "War To Zen! Maniac You Die!" "Transamu Rainac" cuts the last "Nitro" down and reduces Manabu to 1600 LP, the cat gasping his name in shock, and the twins cheer as Yudias ends his turn.

Yuamu notes Manabu's current field can't beat "Transamu Rainac".

Manabu declares his turn and Chemeowstry Draw, drawing three cards. His hand now containing the two "Achi", two "Dynamo Might", and "Blast Examiner", Manabu Summons both "Dynamo Might", then a "Super Assistant Achi". Then he activates the effects of each "Dynamo Might", inflicting 300 damage to Yudias. Both "Dynamo Might" raise their gatling gauntlets, lighting up the chambers and causing the ground to explode around Yudias as the Ohdo twins gasp in shock, Yudias falling to 2500 LP and then 2200 LP as he notes the total damage and that Manabu is using his monsters' effects again. He asks if this is Manabu's manner of combat and Manabu claims everything until how has been a preditermined chemical reaction, but the real plan will begin now and he prepares for his experiment. Yuhi thinks Manabu means to attack, but Yuamu points out that Manabu doesn't have any monsters that can beat "Transamu Rainac" and then the twins realize what Manabu plans, Yuhi warning Yudias to watch out.

"Blast Examiner" destroys "Transamu Rainac".

Manabu Tributes "Super Assistant Achi", and Yudias is shocked that Manabu sent his own monster to the Graveyard. Manabu chants "It's catastic! Clawsome! And paw-sitively hiss-terical! I love conducting experiments! Tribute Summon! Level 5! Blast Examiner!" Yudias is shocked by the Tribute Summon and Yuamu explains that a Tribute Summon is conducted by Tributing monsters, sending them to the Graveyard to Summon Level 5 or higher monsters. Level 5 and 6 monsters need one Tribute, while Level 7 or higher monsters need two. Yudias is shocked at the notion of sending an ally to the Graveyard to Summon a powerful monster and Manabu declares it's time for the results of his experiment, suggesting they see the result of the two "Dynamo Mights" attacking the "Interstellimes". The two "Dynamo Might" open fire, destroying the "Interstellimes" and reducing Yudias to 2000 LP as he gasps the damage. Manabu then orders "Blast Examiner" to show them the results of its higher ATK against "Transamu Rainac", and it attacks with "Chemical Explosion", blasting blue energy from its weapon that shatters "Transamu Rainac", Yudias crying his monster's name as he falls to 1900 LP and then remembering to track his LP loss. Yuhi and Yuamu cry Yudias' name, and Manabu ends his turn.

Yudias hesitates to play a Level 7 monster.

Yudias declares his turn and Velgear Draw, his hand now containing the two "Asteroeva", "Shadow Sentinel", "Bright Sentinel", and "Galactica Oblivion", a Level 7 monster. He gasps in shock at the sight of the latter and Yuhi asks what's wrong, doesn't Yudias have a monster to Summon? The cat mocks Yudias for being unable to build a proper Deck even though he challenged them to a Rush Duel, but Manabu has noticed something and the cat asks what's wrong. Manabu states that Yudias is hesitating, much to Yuhi and Yuamu's surprise, and Yuhi asks why Yudias is hesitating. Manabu notes that he's certain Yudias definitely has monsters in his hand that he can Summon, much to the cat's surprise and Yuhi tells Yudias to just Summon his monsters if he can and wonders what's up with him, but Yuamu wonders if something is giving him pause.

Yudias recalls his last moments with his commander.

Yudias recalls when he was a recruit as explosions blossomed around an underground staircase. A blonde and purple haired man told Yudias he would hold them off here and urged him to go ahead, admitting to Yudias his Gavil Charger was of no use and telling him to go forth and save them all. But no sooner had Yudias left the staircase an explosive collided with it, and Yudias reflects that thanks to his commander's sacrifice he somehow overcame that battle, but how can it be right to sacrifice his allies even for victory, even in a Rush Duel? Yuhi asks if Yudias is hesitating over whether he wants to Tribute Summon a monster and Yuamu muses that she sees. Yuhi protests that this is a Rush Duel, so it doesn't matter and Yudias is just overthinking this, but Yuamu notes Yudias probably doesn't see it that way, reminding Yuhi that Yudias previously self-identified with "Transamu Rainac".

Manabu tells Yudias that Tributing his monsters isn't a meaningless sacrifice.

Yuhi laments that Yudias is such a pain and Manabu tells Yudias that he doesn't understand anything, much to Yudias and the cat's shock. Manabu claims that Tributing a monster isn't sacrificing an ally, for on the battlefield those that chose to stay behind believed in and entrusted victory to them and it is by no means a sacrifice. Yudias gasps in shock, dwelling on the notion of entrusting victory and recalling his commander telling him he had no reason to look back, for he had entrusted victory to Yudias. Clenching his fist, Yudias declares that once again thanks to Rush Dueling he has managed to take yet another step forward. A spotlight shines of Yudias from above, the Velgearians chanting Yudias' name as Manabu and the cat look around in shock, as do the MIK agents, while the UTS employees and the Ohdo twins watch in wonder. The spotlight fades as Yudias lowers his arms and asks Manabu to allow him to make his move. Manabu gasps and Yudias Summons two "Astroeva", then declares that the feelings they entrusted to him will never be forgotten, Tributing them as they give him the thumbs up. Yuhi cheers that it's finally happening, Yuamu noting that Yudias is doing this for the first time.

Declaring a Tribute Summon, Yudias places his card down, chanting "When the ship of memories circles the skies of oblivion, the stars that swirl through the heavens evoke the name hidden in their chests! Soar! Galactica Oblivion!" Unfolding from an ovular neutral form, the galactic dragon appears with 2500 ATK and the Ohdo twins gasp happily, Manabu commenting on the notion of Yudias drawing a Level 7 monster now. Yudias also Summons "Bright Sentinel" and "Shadow Sentinel", both with 1500 ATK, much to the twins' joy, and he declares battle, ordering "Bright Sentinel" and "Shadow Sentinel" to attack the two "Dynamo Mights". Each "Sentinel" charges a "Dynamo Might" with its lance, destroying them and reducing Manabu to 1200, then 800 LP. Then Yudias orders "Galactica Oblivion" to attack "Blast Examiner" with "War To Zen! Awesome True Goodnight!" "Galactica Oblivion" blasts forks of lightning from its body, destroying "Blast Examiner" and wiping out Manabu's LP as he spirals off his feet with a cry.

Yuamu reveals Valvelgear to Manabu.

Yudias returns to his UTS uniform as the sun sets, Yuhi cheering that Yudias did it and Yuamu telling him "Nice Rush Duel" in English. Yudias responds "Indeed" and Yuamu comments that Yudias is free to go now, isn't he? Manabu (with all 80 MIK agents behind him) dusts himself off and admits that was their deal, so he'll let them go today (much to the cat's shock). Yuhi cheers, but then Manabu warns the twins they avoided getting hurt thanks to Yudias. Yuamu wonders about that, claiming Manabu was the one who avoided getting hurt as she snaps her fingers and a dark grey shape materializes above them, descending in the same spotlight that shone on Yudias. Yuhi comments that it's "Bambidou", but Yuamu corrects him, stating that this is Valvelgear, the spaceship Yudias came to Earth in, and it can change its size and become transparent. The cat leaps onto Valvelgear and asks what of it, and Yuamu and Yuhi grin as Yuamu whispers to them what's inside it. Manabu and the cat find it purrposterous - there can't be 8.88 million people inside. Yuamu asks if they're surprised as they all imagine the Velgearians chanting "Vam Bi Do!" and she recalls MIK had 80 people as Yuhi smugly reclines on Valvelgear, asking how much use they would be against their 8.8 million. Manabu warns them to remember that they will apprehend them without a Rush Duel if they cause so much as one problem, and he and the cat lead the MIK agents away. Yuhi watches them go, noting that Manabu got quite hot-headed during the Duel and Yudias suggests Manabu may be fighting something else in addition to leading MIK. Yuamu notes that everyone has their own circumstances and Yuhi agrees. Then Mr. Tazaki tells them all dinner is ready, and the twins rush to the UTS Main Office eagerly, Yudias and Valvelgear following, but Yudias stops and looks up at the sky.
