"Magical Sheep Girl Meeeg-chan" is the tenth episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! anime. It first aired in Japan on June 5, 2022.

Chupataro barged into Mutsuba Cable TV's studio and caused a ruckus, demanding a Duel. A concerned Yudias volunteered to take him on. However, the moment Chupataro Summoned "Magical Sheep Girl Meeeg-chan", his Duel Disk started emitting a strange light...

Summary[edit]

Someone breaks the wall down in the Mutsuba Cable Studio, and as the dust clears the MC tries to reassure everyone that this is just TV. The dust fades to reveal the delivery boy who brought Manya's sushi and he rips off his helmet, Manabu and the UTS crew recognizing the grinning boy and Yudias gasping that it's his beloved comrade Chupataro. Nyandestar protests that Chupataro should be locked up and he claims he came to Rush Duel, much to Yuhi and Yuamu's shock. Chupataro asks to be in the last Rush Duel, and as the MC reacts in confusion Manya apologizes to Chupataro given the flashy way he showed up, but her manager is set to be the next opponent, though she wonders where Kirishima is and calls his name. Chupataro asks if she means the guy with wavy hair and bell-bottoms, claiming to have taken care of him and Manya winces at the thought of a drained London. An MIK agent informs Manabu they can't contact HQ and Manabu orders them to capture Chupataro, though Chupataro threatens to "chupa-pa-pa" everyone and pulls on his hood, the audience screaming as he advances. The MC quickly insists to the audience at home that this is just TV, and his camerawoman points out they keep going wildly off-script, but the unbowed MC's insistence calms the audience into believing the situation is staged. Manya scoffs over one little alien riling up people in the boonies, but when she spots the camera on her screams for Bochi to save her. Manabu whispers Bochi's name as Bochi steps forwards, much to Chupataro's surprise, and claims the strongest fangs in the galaxy will tear Chupataro apart if he doesn't step aside in three, but when he counts down to one (using his name as "ichi", the Japanese word for one) he reverts to his dog form and Manya realizes he used his power up Dueling Manabu, calling him useless. The camerawoman and MC both point out this is how TV is, and Chupataro takes out his Deck and warns them to Duel if they don't want him to chupa their cabra, knocking a "Magical Sheep Girl Meeeg-chan" doll out of his pocket, much to Yudias' shock. As Chupataro advances, threatening to draw and Summon her, and as Yuhi draws back, Yudias accepts Chupataro's challenge, holding up his own Deck with a cry of "Velgear Riva!" as he assumes his true form. Manya is impressed to see Yudias is an alien, though Yuamu points out Manya has one already as Manya dances around Yudias, and Yuhi laughs as the audience gush over Yudias as well. The camerawoman and the MC once again declare this is TV, helping themselves to the sushi Manya ordered (as helpfully pointed out by on-screen text). Manabu and Yuhi urge Yudias not to Duel, as they don't know Chupataro's plans, and Yudias agrees something seems to be wrong with Chupataro, which is why he must Duel his beloved comrade to find out. They both hold up their Duel Disks and strap them on as they call their names, then shout "Go Rush!!" and insert their Decks into their Duel Disks, deploying the green holographic dome.

The MC declares the third match of their Rush Duel showdown to be between two mysterious aliens that suddenly appeared and wonders who will win. Chupataro declares his turn, drawing as he carves open the door of love with "Meeeg-chan", but he's disappointed to draw "Ewekai Airaries", catching Yuhi and Yuamu's attention. Chupataro claims being patient and saving the best for last is fine, his hand containing "Ewekai Airaries", "Ewekai Nightmutton", "Ewekai Thunderlambda", "Ewekai - Grudges from the Grave", and "Melo Melo Meeeg☆Uuultra Beam", he Summons "Ewekai Thunderam", "Ewekai Airaries" and "Ewekai Nightmutton", then Sets two cards to end his turn, telling "Meeeg-chan" to wait for him as his Duel Disk is surrounded by a dark miasma. Yuhi comments that Chupataro still loves "Meeeg-chan" as usual, but Yuamu has noticed the glow of Chupataro's Duel Disk and Yudias notes that Chupataro is acting unusual today.

Chupataro tells Yudias to hurry up, and Yudias declares his turn and his Velgear Draw. His hand containing "Interstellime", "Asterova", "Shadow Sentinel", "Vortex Shooter", and "Transamu Rainac", he Summons "Transamu Rainac", "Shadow Sentinel" and "Vortex Shooter", chanting "When the blade of light sweeps through the celestial river, the hero appears to the call of his name! Transamu Rainac!" The MC, camerawoman and Manya are all intrigued by Yudias' monsters, and Yudias orders "Transamu Rainac" to attack "Nightmutton" with "War To Zen! Maniac You Die!" as the alien samurai cuts down "Nightmutton" and reduces "Chupataro" to 3900 LP. "Shadow Sentinel" then attacks and destroys "Thunderlambda" to reduce Chupataro to 3600 LP, and then "Vortex Shooter" attacks "Airaries". But Chupataro sends four cards from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard (including "Ewekai Grounmouton" to activate the Trap Card "Ewekai - Grudges from the Grave", and he wonders what he got as everyone watches. He withdraws the first card from the Graveyard, "Grounmouton" and scoffs that it's wrong, as are the second and third, "Ewekai Aquasheep" and "Ewekai Pyrowool" respectively, and he angrily wonders where she is. But the fourth card is finally what he wanted, Chupataro poking his head out of his hood to celebrate drawing "Magical Sheep Girl Meeeg-chan", Yuhi and Yuamu gasping the card's name. Chupataro explains that the effect of "Grudges from the Grave" will now lower the ATK of "Airaries" by 2000 until the end of the turn. As "Airaries" falls to zero ATK, Yudias is shocked Chupataro would use his Trap to lower the ATK of his own monster, and Chupataro explains that he also gets to add the cards he sent to the Graveyard to his hand. Yuhi gasps, though Yuamu points out Yudias is still attacking, "Vortex Shooter" crushing "Airaries" between its discs and reducing Chupataro to 2200 LP, knocking him to his knees. Yudias ends his turn and asks Chupataro if he really had to lose so much LP just to add "Meeeg-chan" to his hand; Chupataro claims he does, and will definitely do this for "Meeeg-chan" as his eyes begin to glow.

He declares his turn and draws another "Grounmouton", so his hand now contains two copies of "Grounmouton", "Aquasheep", "Pyrowool", and "Meeeeg-chan". Chupataro Summons and Tributes both "Ewekai Groundmouton", repeatedly chanting "Mememelody!" and getting everyone else to join in, though Nyandestar and Yuamu refrain as they watch in shock, Yuamu protesting that something is weird about this Rush Duel. Yudias wonders what his beloved comrade is attempting, and Chupataro finishes leading everyone on and chants "Capturing the hearts of livestock! Shaving the wool around their souls! Magical Sheep Girl Meeeg-chan! Tribute Summon, chupa!" As "Meeeg-chan" appears, Yudias notes it was a normal Tribute Summon and wonders if his senses were wrong, but Chupataro takes off his hood to reveal his glowing eyes, and a sensation shakes both him and Yuhi as Chupataro declares he's always loved "Meeeg-chan" from the bottom of his chupacabra heart, diving through the Solid Vision hologram of "Meeeg-chan".

The glow around his Duel Disk intensifies, now shining in Yuhi's eyes, and as Chupataro hits the ground the miasma surrounds his entire body, a hand-shaped portion emerging from it. Yuhi, Yuamu and Yudias all recognize it as Yuhi's Earthdamar as the portion shapes itself into a crude figure, and everyone else gasps in shock as they spot a formless three-eyed face in the substance, Yuhi doubling over with a bout of nausea as Yuamu asks if that's his Earthdamar. The figure overlaps with "Meeeg-chan", releasing a blinding blue light, and Chupataro struggles up, now appearing sullen and sunken as he gasps his monster's name.

"Meeeg-chan" lowers to the ground, and Chupataro leaps out of his robot body towards her crying her name, but Meeeg-chan yawns and stretches, accidentally uppercutting Chupataro away and back into his robot body. Yudias cries Chupataro's name as he collapses and Meeeg-chan looks around frantically, gasping that she overslept again and wondering why Shoruta didn't wake her up. Everyone can only gasp in shock as the MC and Yuamu ask f the monster just spoke while Meeeg-chan wonders where Shoruta is. She thinks she's found him, but turns out to have mistaken Bochi for him and asks if he was hiding for fear of a baaaad scolding, and picks him up and tells him he's so silly, much to Manya's shock. Manabu asks if a Solid Vision monster just picked up a real dog and Nyandestar protests this shouldn't be possible, Manabu insisting this is reality. Manya, Yuamu and Yuhi wonder if Meeeg-chan somehow escaped from the Solid Vision world and come to the real world as Meeeg-chan runs off after Bochi, asking him to corral her like a good sheepdog. As everyone watches in bewilderment, an MIK agent pops up with a telephone for Manabu, explaining they were able to make contact. More MIK agents (staring up at a hole in the ceiling of the MIK Headquarters from inside a cell with the doors bent outwards in Mitsuko's shape) explain that Mitsuko Hiramori who they detained the other day has escaped with Chupataro and several other aliens. Nyandestar leaps onto Manabu's shoulder, noting that Mitsuko purposefully let herself be captured to break Chupataro out, and Manabu gasps.

Meanwhile Zuwijo watches the events unfold from the tower at the center of Mutsuba Town, smiling as the rest of the Earthdamar floats in a tank beside him as he watches Meeeg-chan scold "Shoruta" over only having time to eat 100 pieces of Letter Toast for breakfast today. The people at the local Ramen Hut are watching as well, including Kawai, who notes the hidden power of the Earthdamar is far beyond what he prophesized.

Back in the MCV building Yuhi still has his hands clamped over his mouth, choking that he can feel his Earthdamar inside Meeeg-chan. Yudias asks in shock if the monster has the power of the Earthdamar, but "Meeeg-chan" recognizes him and gasps that he's a malicious alien from the Black Hole Empire, a nefarious person trying to commit evil using people's dreams, much to Yudias' confusion. The drained Chupataro gets up and suggests they beat him up together, his face shining with the Earthdamar, and Yuamu gasps as Yuhi heaves again. Vowing not to let Yudias get away with it, Meeeg-chan shakes her fist in frustration, uppercutting Chupataro away (something the MC tells his camerawoman to get in shot) and knocking off his Duel Disk, the Disk and cards falling into Meeeg-chan's grasp as everyone watches in shock. Vowing to protect everyone's dreams, Meeeg-chan borrows the power of "Pyrowool" and "Aquasheep" to activate the Spell Card "Melo Melo Meeeg☆Uuultra Beam", chewing up all the bad alien's evil monsters. She blasts the beam from her cowbell, Yudias gasping in horror as his monsters are all destroyed as Yuamu gasps that the monster put on the Duel Disk to continue the Duel, while Manabu adds that she wiped out Yudias' entire field. Bochi gets out of the way as Meeeg-chan tells Yudias that dreams belong to the person who dreamt them and it's super baaaad of Yudias to try and steal them, and she rolls into a ball as she attacks Yudias directly with "Magical Pasture Roll", Yudias incorrectly gasping "2900!" as she hits him in the stomach and knocks him over, reducing him to 1500 LP. Nyandestar is shocked the monster chose to attack by itself and Meeeg-chan tells Yudias she'll end his punishment here if he promises to never hurt anyone again. Manabu tells Yudias the Duel is over, but Yudias asks if there is a rule against monsters materializing and Nyandestar points out there isn't because no-one could have predicted such a situation. Yudias gets to his feet and decides to continue seeing as this isn't against the rules, much to the twins' shock.

Declaring his turn, Yudias declares a Velgear Draw, his hand now containing "Galactica Amnesia", "Galactica Force", "Galactica Oblivion", "Asteroeva", and "Interstellime". He Summons "Astroeva" and then Tributes it, catching Meeeg-chan's attention as Yudias chants "Even if the galaxy should lose its memories and be shrouded in darkness, let the footprints of its heroes become as stars that shine on! Tribute Summon! Blast through! Galactica Amnesia!" Yuamu and Yuhi gasp happily, though Yuhi has to clamp his hands over his mouth again (earning sideeye from Yuamu). But Meeeg-chan mistakes "Amnesia" for "Mr. Abduction Mask" despite Yudias' protests, and she asks why he's with an alien of the dark and cruel Black Hole Empire (Manya, Manabu and Nyandestar watching blank-eyed) as Meeeg-chan states she'll have to defeat "Amnesia" to protect everyone's dreams. She takes out her fork and whips up a whirlwind as she declares "Magical Pasture Roll", blowing Bochi away and buffeting everyone else as the MC insists this is just TV. Yudias is shocked to see a ball of desks and detritus above Meeeg-chan and Yuamu cries Yudias' name as Meeeg-chan throws the ball at him. "Galactica Amnesia" tries to protect Yudias, but it's only Solid Vision and the ball passes right through it and slams into Yudias, crushing him into the wall. Manabu notes the attack was real, while "Amnesia" was only Soliv Vision as the debris crumbles and a battered Yudias gets to his feet. Yuhi cries his name and Yuamu realizes the attack was real as Yudias walks back to his cards, but falls to one knee. Yuhi cries his friend's name and runs to him, but Yudias throws out one hand and Yuhi asks what he's doing, reminding him he has his beams. Yudias replies that it's against the rules to attack without cards and as Yuhi gasps, Yuamu points out that Meeeg-chan is attacking on Yudias' turn without her cards and that's against the rules, though as Yudias gets to his feet he claims that Meeeg-chan breaking the rules is no excuse for him to, and he'll attain victory by following the rules of a Rush Duel. The Ohdo twins gasp and Yudias declares his belief to be that Rush Dueling will guide their Velgear Star Cluster on a road of righteousness and peace as a guiding beacon. Yuhi gasps Yudias' name, and Valvelgear decloaks from behind him and the Velgeans begins chanting Yudias' name. Yuamu points out that "Galactica Amnesia" still only has 1600 ATK so he won't be able to beat the 2500 ATK "Meeeg-chan", but Yudias claims "Amnesia" has another power, and Yuamu gasps happily (as poor Yuhi retches again).

Yudias places a card from his hand on the bottom of his Deck to activate the effect of "Galactica Amnesia", and Yuamu happily cries that Yudias is using a monster's effect as Yudias declares "Galactic Reviver", Special Summoning "Shadow Sentinel" and "Transamu Rainac" from his Graveyard before Tribute Summoning, Meeeg-chan watching as Yudias chants "As the ship of memories revolves around the cosmic skies of oblivion, the stars and planets swirling through the heavens call upon the name hidden in their chests! Tribute Summon! Take flight! Galactica Oblivion!" Meeeg-chan gasps and Yudias returns three Galaxy Type monsters from his Graveyard to his Deck to activate the Spell Card "Galactica Force", increasing the ATK of "Galactica Oblivion" by 300 for each Normal Monster on the field. It rises to 3100 ATK and Yuamu cheers as Yudias orders "Galactica Oblivion" and "Galactica Amnesia" to attack Meeeg-chan with "We Shine Dawn Time! War To Zen!" Both "Galactica" monsters blast lightning at Meeeg-chan, who cries that this is baaaad as her LP falls to zero, vanishing in a flash of light.

Everyone can only watch as the "Magical Sheep Girl Meeeg-chan" card pulses with the glow of the Earthdamar on the dropped Duel Disk before returning to normal, curing Yuhi's nausea as well. Yuamu can only look at her brother in bewilderment as he celebrates feeling much better. In the tower, Zuwijo shuts off his television and examines the Earthdamar, declaring the curtains of strife have risen. As the MC insists this was just TV, the patrons of Ramen Hut are impressed by the "special effects", though Kawai has left the restaurant and notes this power is an avatar of ruin that will lead them to darkness. Chupataro is loaded into a capsule by Manabu and the MIK agents, still drained of energy, while another MIK agent puts his Duel Disk, Deck and "Magical Sheep Girl Meeeg-chan" into a briefcase. Yuhi and Yuamu watch them go, while Yudias (now back in his human form) kneels and Yuhi asks if he's all right. Yudias reassures them he's fine, looking at the wrecked studio as the MC madly insists this is TV, and he looks at the "Meeeg-chan" figure in his hand that Chupataro dropped, asking why things have turned out like this.

"Shadow Sentinel" attacks and destroys "Thunderlambda" (Chupataro: 3900 → 3600 LP). "Vortex Shooter" attacks "Airaries". As Yudias's monster declared an attack targeting Chupataro's Attack Position Beast Type Normal Monster, Chupataro activates his face-down Trap Card "Ewekai - Grudges from the Grave", sending the top four cards of his Deck to the Graveyard to decrease the ATK of the attack target by 2000 until the end of this turn, then he can add up to four cards sent to the Graveyard this way to his hand. Chupataro sends "Magical Sheep Girl Meeeg-chan", "Ewekai Pyrowool", "Ewekai Aquasheep", and "Ewekai Grounmouton" from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard ("Airaries": 1300/200 → 0/200), then adds "Grounmouton", "Aquasheep", "Pyrowool" and "Meeeg-chan" from his Graveyard to his hand. The attack continues and "Airaries" is destroyed (Chupataro: 3600 → 2200 LP).

Turn 3: Chupataro

At this point, Chupataro's Duel Disk makes "Meeeg-chan" to materialize, accidentally knocking him out, so she takes over the Duel for him.

As Meeeg-chan has "Meeeg-chan" face-up on her field, she activates her face-down Spell Card "Melo Melo Meeeg☆Uuultra Beam", sending two Beast Type Normal Monsters from her hand to the Graveyard to destroy all face-up Level 8 or lower monsters on Yudias's field, but she can only attack with Beast Type monsters this turn. Meeeg-chan sends "Aquasheep" and "Pyrowool" from her hand to the Graveyard and destroys "Shadow Sentinel", "Rainac" and "Vortex Shooter". "Meeeg-chan" attacks Yudias directly (Yudias: 4000 → 1500 LP).

Turn 4: Yudias
Yudias draws "Galactica Amnesia", "Galactica Force" and "Galactica Oblivion". Yudias Normal Summons "Asterova" (900/100). Yudias Tributes "Asterova" to Tribute Summon "Amnesia" (1600/1500). Yudias activates the effect of "Amnesia", placing a card from his hand on the bottom of the Deck to Special Summon two Level 6 or lower Galaxy Type monsters from his Graveyard face-up to his field, but he can only attack with Galaxy Type monsters this turn. Yudias places "Interstellime" from his hand on the bottom of the Deck and Special Summons "Rainac" (1600/0) and "Shadow Sentinel" (1500/100) from his Graveyard in Attack Position. Yudias Tributes "Rainac" and "Shadow Sentinel" to Tribute Summon "Oblivion" (2500/2500). Yudias activates the Spell Card "Galactica Force", shuffling three Galaxy Type monsters from his Graveyard into the Deck to increase the ATK of all face-up Galaxy Type Normal Monsters on his field by the number of face-up Normal Monsters on the field x 300 until the end of this turn. Yudias shuffles three unknown monsters from his Graveyard into the Deck ("Oblivion": 2500/2500 → 3100/2500). "Oblivion" attacks and destroys "Meeeg-chan" (Meeeg-chan: 2200 → 1600 LP). "Amnesia" attacks Meeeg-chan directly (Meeeg-chan: 1600 → 0 LP).
