Featured Duel: Yuma Tsukumo vs. Kite Tenjo

Duel continues from the previous episode.

Turn 4: Kite
As his opponent controls a Special Summoned monster and he controls no monster, Kite activates "Treasure Cards of Adversity", drawing two cards. As he controls no monsters, Kite activates "Accel Light", letting him Special Summon a Level 4 or lower LIGHT Warrior-Type monster from his Deck, though he may not Normal Summon or Set this turn. He Special Summons "Daybreaker" (1700/0) in Attack Position, whose effect activates as it was Special Summoned, letting him Special Summon the other copy of "Daybreaker" from his hand (1700/0) in Attack Position. Kite overlays his two Level 4 LIGHT monsters to Xyz Summon "Radiant Photon Paradios" (2000/1000) in Attack Position. Kite activates the effect of "Paradios", detaching an Overlay Unit to let him decrease the ATK of one monster his opponent controls to 0 until the end of his Battle Phase and negate the effects of all other cards on the field. The ATK of "Number 39: Utopia" becomes 0 and the effects of it and Yuma's "Zerozelock" are negated. "Paradios" attacks and destroys "Utopia" (Yuma 2500 → 500).

Turn 5: Yuma
Yuma activates "Treasure Cards of Magic Sealing", drawing two cards at the expense of being unable to activate or Set Spell and Trap Cards for the remainder of the turn. He draws "Gagaga Clerk" and "Gagaga Kaiser". He Normal Summons "Gagaga Kaiser" (1800/1600) and Special Summons "Gagaga Clerk" from his hand via its own effect as he controls another "Gagaga" monster. Yuma activates the effect of "Gagaga Kaiser", banishing a Level 4 or lower monster from his Graveyard to change the Level of all face-up "Gagaga" monsters he controls to that of the banished monster. He banishes "Ganbara Knight", so the Levels of "Gagaga Kaiser" and "Gagaga Clerk" become 4. Yuma overlays his two Level 4 Warrior-Type monsters to Xyz Summon "Heroic Champion - Excalibur" (2000/2000) in Attack Position. "Excalibur" attacks "Paradios" with Yuma activating the effect of "Excalibur", detaching all of its Overlay Units to double its ATK (2000 → 4000) until the End Phase. "Paradios" is destroyed (Kite 2200 → 200). As "Paradios" was destroyed by Kite's opponent, its effect activates, letting Kite draw a card.

Turn 6: Kite
Kite activates "Galaxy Zero", letting him Special Summon a "Galaxy-Eyes" monster from his Graveyard and equip it with "Galaxy Zero". He Special Summons "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" (3000/2500) in Attack Position. Its effects are negated via "Galaxy Zero" and if it battles, it will lose 800 ATK during the Battle Phase only. "Galaxy-Eyes" attacks (3000 → 2200) and destroys "Excalibur" (Yuma 500 → 300). Kite Sets a card.

Turn 7: Yuma
Yuma activates "Gagagadraw", letting him banish three "Gagaga" monsters in his Graveyard to draw two cards. He banishes "Gagaga Kaiser", "Gagaga Clerk" and "Gagaga Magician". He activates "Xyz Revival", letting him Special Summon an Xyz Monster from his Graveyard and equip it with "Xyz Revival". If the latter card leaves the field, the equipped monster is destroyed. He Special Summons "Utopia" (2500/2000) in Attack Position. Yuma performs a Chaos Xyz Evolution, overlaying "Utopia" to Xyz Summon "Number C39: Utopia Ray" (2500/2000) in Attack Position. Yuma activates the effect of "Utopia Ray", detaching an Overlay Unit to increase the ATK of "Utopia Ray" by 500 (2500 → 3000) and decreasing the ATK of "Galaxy-Eyes" by 1000 (3000 → 2000), both until the End Phase. "Utopia Ray" attacks "Galaxy-Eyes", but Kite activates the effect of the equipped "Galaxy Zero", sending it to the Graveyard to prevent the destruction of "Galaxy-Eyes" by battle. As "Galaxy Zero" is no longer equipped, its effect reduces the ATK of "Galaxy-Eyes" to 0 (2000 → 0) and the effect of Yuma's "Zerozelock" prevents it from being targeted by an attack. Therefore, the attack is canceled. Since the effect of Kite's "Battle Gravity" would inflict 1000 damage to Yuma during the End Phase as he technically didn't attack, Yuma activates his face-down Continuous Trap Card "Dimension Gate", banishing "Utopia Ray". Yuma Sets a card.

Turn 8: Kite
Kite Normal Summons "Galaxy Wizard" (0/1800). He uses the effect of "Galaxy Wizard" to increase its Level by 4, to 8 and let it to be treated as two Overlay Units for an Xyz Summon, though the Summoned monster will lose 2000 ATK. Kite overlays his two, treated as three Level 8 monsters to Xyz Summon "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" (4500 → 2500/3000) in Attack Position. "Neo Galaxy-Eyes" attacks directly and as it did so, Yuma activates the effect of "Dimension Gate", sending it to the Graveyard to Special Summon the monster banished by its effect. "Utopia Ray" (2500/2000) is Summoned in Attack Position. "Utopia Ray" and "Neo Galaxy-Eyes" destroy each other. As he controls no monsters and his Xyz Monster was just destroyed, Yuma activates his face-down "Xyz Double Back", letting him target the Xyz Monster that was destroyed and another monster with equal or less ATK and Special Summon them both. He Special Summons "Utopia Ray" (2500/2000) and "Utopia" (2500/2000), both in Attack Position. Kite activates his own "Xyz Double Back", Special Summoning "Galaxy-Eyes" (3000/2500) and "Neo Galaxy-Eyes" (4500/3000), both in Attack Position. "Galaxy-Eyes" and "Neo Galaxy-Eyes" attack and destroy "Utopia" and "Utopia Ray", respectively (Yuma 300 → 0). Kite wins.
