Appearances[edit]
Tag Force 1-3[edit]
Mathew is an Obelisk Blue student at Duel Academy during the first 3 games.
Mathew is the younger brother of Craig, but all lines that mention this were either changed or removed in the localized releases of the games.
The Japanese script gives Mathew the speech patterns of a dim-witted character. The localizations change his lines to make him prone to space out instead.

Mathew can usually be found with Craig at the volcano. They also team up for the Tag Force tournament.

A young man living in Tops.
The son of a landlord, he moved from the countryside to the center of Neo Domino City as his family's business began to expand in the City.
He was not fond of the idea of living in the City at first, but its perpetually exciting allure tainted his simple heart before long.
He now spends all day fooling around, while his older brother tends to the family business.
Nowadays, he acts as if he were a boy following the latest trends, so he is lethargic and indifferent to everything.
Things like diligent work are silly nonsense to him.
Tag Force 5[edit]
A young man living in the City.
He used to live in a remote area, but he moved to the center of the City to help with his wealthy family's expanding business.
However, rather than help them, he was mesmerized by the allures of the City at night, and now loafs around every day.
His parents have always compared him negatively with his more capable older brother, which might be among the reasons he turned out this way.
That said, he seems to bear no resentment towards his brother.
He has been setting himself up as an indifferent and lethargic guy for some time, but he seems to want to become popular nowadays.
