Velgear, Dinois

Dinois Velgear (ディノワ・ベルギャー Dinowa Berugyā) is a character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! anime. She is a Velgearian from the Velgear Star Cluster and one of Zuwijo zir Velgear's servants, being his self-proclaimed right-hand woman.

Design

Dinois is a woman of short stature, with bob-cut shaped gray colored hair, styled into an ahoge, and orange eyes. She dons a black jumpsuit, with a dark blue vest over it, boots of the matching color and black leggings. Dinois's signature accessory is her ladybug-shaped earmuffs. She also carries a sword similar to Yudias, only smaller and pink in colouration.

Voice/Mannerisms

Dinois uses the personal pronoun "atai," (あたい) a more informal version of the pronouns "atashi" (あたし) and "watashi" (私) used by young girls.

Biography

Dinois was onboard a spaceship with Zuwijo zir Velgear when they first arrived at Earth. Immediately afterwards, the Star Shuttle Rush collided with them abruptly, forcing both ships to crash-land on Earth. As Zuwijo was preparing for war at the Velgear Star Cluster, he tasked Dinois to keep tabs on Yudias Velgear and his friends, which she did in secret up until she was discovered on Planet Nyakayoshi. Mitsuko Hiramori, demanding to know the location of Zuwijo, challenges Dinois to a Duel, which she agrees to, but ultimately loses.

Dinois stays with Zuwijo throughout the battle between him and Yudias. Two years later, after successfully integrating Rush Duels into the Velgear Star Cluster, Dinois comes with Zuwijo and Muda Velgear to Earth to assist Yudias and his friends with the MIK crisis.

Deck

Dinois plays a Voidarve Deck, focusing on Galaxy Type monsters that feature different Attributes to take advantage of the effect of "Micronova", then continuously reuse the Spell Card with the help of her ace monster, "Voidarve Heavenstar". Dinois notes that her Deck was given to her by Zuwijo zir Velgear.
