The Astral World is a galaxy where Astral himself resides from.
It's seen the first time on episode 4, when Astral remembers where he comes from as a result of acquiring "Electronic Computer-Beast Tera Byte".

Again another memory caused by "Volcasaurus" and "Freezerdon" reveals to him that its world is suferring destruction. The same which is occuring because of the actions of Haruto Tenjo, Dr. Faker, and Mr. Heartland. As large accumulations of trash from the robots are pouring down into a small rip in space connecting to Astral World that Haruto created.
