| A powerful asset to Link-spamming decks, as the Tokens it summons (this is not restricted to once per turn at all, and without any cost except your opponent having a free Main Monster Zone) can help to bring out a Link 3 or 4 far extremely quickly, including Firewall Dragon (also Limited) and Saryuja Skull Dread with all of its effects. Its disadvantage of Summoning it to your opponent's field can be worked around either with removal or bouncing it back to the hand (for example, with the aforementioned Firewall Dragon's effect), allowing it to be reused again. This card is Limited in the OCG.

Can be searched by Reinforcement of the Army, Mystic Tomato, and Summoner Monk. Saw heavy use as a "1-card FTK" in late 2018, whereby this card dumping Malicious (Semi-Limited in the TCG) quickly summoned Isolde, Two Tales of the Noble Knights, which soon led to Firewall Dragon (Forbidden in the TCG and Limited in the OCG). This card is unlimited in the OCG.

| Originally placed on the list as it was an effective stall tool in the early competitive game, but the rise of widespread piercing damage limited that utility. Was part of the Goat Control Deck, but now Metamorphosis has been forbidden. Allows for easy Synchro Summons and especially Link Summons, where it can produce a Firewall Dragon (Limited) from just 1 card. This card is Semi-Limited in the OCG.

| Superb card in ABCs, and can also work in other decks that use LIGHT Machines, like Cyber Dragons. Can be equipped directly from the Deck with Union Hangar. Can be used to give immunity to powerful monsters like ABC-Dragon Buster. Returns another Union monster from your Graveyard to your hand when it leaves the field, including when used as a material, and including other copies of itself, resulting in a loop when combined with Firewall Dragon (Limited in the OCG and Forbidden in the TCG) and Cannon Soldier (Forbidden in the OCG) that allowed for an OTK. Removed from the TCG list after Firewall Dragon's Forbidding.

| Uniquely among "Elemental Lord" cards, its activated effect was originally not a hard once-per-turn, which allowed for infinite loops. For example: with the proper setup, Firewall Dragon (now Limited) could return this card to the hand, then be used to Special Summon another Firewall Dragon. This card can then Special Summon itself, and revive the spent Firewall Dragon, which also resets its bounce effect. It could also be looped with cards such as Dewloren, Tiger King of the Ice Barrier (Limited) and Mist Valley Shaman. This card has since been errata'd to add this restriction.

List

Due to an issue with displaying the list from another page, I have moved the list to the main page, and all discussion will now have to take place in the current discussion page (see below). Thank you for your understanding. --VictoryViperXX03

In case someone somehow missed it. Click "Show" on the right side of the bar.
This list is for the people who are curious about why certain cards are banned/limited.
This list can also assist people before posting a prediction on the next banlist.
Please help out by pointing out changes that should be made in the list (if any) (please include reasons).
And for those who are wondering. No, I didn't make this list recently. It been on 2 other forums before. This is the most updated version of it as the other 2 aren't being updated.
