He walked next to the car when the man tried to get his boys to school and told the man that the road is closed for the Duel when Kaiba held a Duel Monsters Tournament.[1]
Appearance
He has a black belt, a badge, a cop hat that has a police logo on it, black shoes and a set of handcuffs and a gun.
