Hitotsu-Me Giant (characters)

A group of four Hitotsu-Me Giants were characters in the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime. They were virtual-reality characters in Noah Kaiba's virtual world.

Each of the four was distinct; Two of them held stone axes and two held clubs. One holder of each weapon had their torso partially covered while the other was bare-chested.

History[edit]

The Hitotsu-Me Giants resided in a canyon area of the virtual world. They spotted [Téa Gardner]] after she was transported to this area. One of them threw an axe in her direction, which lodged itself into the ground, causing a piece of stone to break away and skim past Téa's face, leaving a cut on her cheek (The cut is removed in the English dub). In panic, Téa ran from three of the giants, before finding herself face-to-face with the fourth.[1] The giant knocked her unconscious, while the one that injured her face carried her over his shoulder.[2]

The four Hitotsu-Me Giants brought Téa to a cavern where they prepared a pot of boiling water to cook her in. However Téa was rescued by a penguin who threw a rope through a hole in the ceiling. The giants noticed Téa escaped and chased after her until they reached a rope bridge, unable to hold the combined weight of the four of them, plus Téa. Eventually the bridge gave way and snapped in the middle. Téa clung onto her half, while the giants fell into the river below.[3]
