Yuna learned that someone was asking after her and the Rovian Bandits in the Alien Residential Area, and she ambushed the Informant, Fisher Sukai with a vacuum cleaner, capturing their collective skyfish. The following day, Yudias dragged himself into Badloon Castle, but spontaneously transformed into a shirt-like form before Yuna and the other Bandits, so they hung him up with their laundry.<ref name="ep25">{{episode|Yu-Gi-Oh! Rovian then arrived to challenge the twins to a 2-on-1 Rush Duel, exciting Yuna over the possibility of hearing her space poems. Throughout the Rush Duel, Yuna continuously cheered on Rovian, praising Rovian's space poems and moves and arguing with Yuhi over their quality. When Rovian learned of the twins' ulterior motives, Yuna forewarned them about Rovian's Patience Limit Mode, which Rovian used to defeat the twins. Afterwards, Yuna drained the twins' Duel Power again and told them not to return, explaining why she had chosen to stay with Rovian. Yuna threw the bag containing Sukai at Valvelgear when the miniature spaceship charged Rovian, successfully knocking out one of its thrusters, but before the Venus sisters could throw the Ohdo twins out, a flashbang blinded them and the twins were rescued, Yuna ordering the Bandits to find them. Menjaburo was able to intercept the Ohdo twins, but was distracted during his Rush Duel with Manya Atachi, one of the people who had rescued the twins, and failed to stop them from returning and stealing the shirt-like Yudias. Yuna admonished Menjaburo when he reported his failure, fretting over facing Rovian afterwards, but Rovian recited a verse about finding a wonderful world by digging in the backyard, something Yuna realized referred to the Space Treasure, and she thanked Rovian for her guidance.

The Rovian Bandits deduced the Space Treasure was under the UTS Main Office, so they visited the property to purchase the premises from UTS. Yuna handled the initial negotiations, dismissing the opinions of MIK agent Manabu Sogetsu and offering a rare ore for the property, but quickly butted heads with Yuhi again after insulting the premises, resulting in Yuhi insulting Yuna's own Goha Company Main Office. To Yuna's surprise, Yudias offered to consider their offer if Rovian Rush Dueled him, and Yuna joined Menjaburo and Venus Ganimi in cheering Rovian on. During the Rush Duel, Yudias was only able to use two Monster Zones, as he was using Valvelgear in lieu of the Duel Disk Yuna had taken from him, and Valvelgear was still missing the thruster that Yuna had knocked out. Yuna cheered Rovian's moves, but was shocked to learn Yudias has his own Equip Spell, "Galactica Xiphos", which he claimed Zuwijo zir Velgear had given him; Yuna realized a spy had infiltrated the Rovian Bandits and taken the Spell. Yuna cheered Rovian's withstanding of Yudias' counterattack, but again butted heads with Yuhi calling her a sore loser. Manabu was then alerted to something entering the solar system by MIK, which Rovian and Camos determined to be the Great King of Terror approaching.

Goha, Yuna

Yuna Goha (ゴーハ・ユウナ Gōha Yuuna) is a character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! anime and the secondary antagonist of the second arc. She is the current president of the Goha Company, who was reported missing in the Alien Residential Area by London Kirishima, who hires UTS to find her.[3]

Design[edit]

Appearance[edit]

Full-body view of Yuna.
Lineart of Yuna depicting her from different angles.

Yuna is a young lady of elementary school age[4] with green eyes and shoulder-length blonde hair which curls up distinctly at the tips and is restrained with a pink hairband. She wears a green minidress with pale green collar and hemline, adorned with a multicolored pattern of overlapping circles, as well as a pink scarf that is tightly wrapped on her neck similar to a choker, with the knot flowing on the back of her neck. She also wears pair of white high heel knee-high boots. Yuna's alternate personalities appear identical to her, but with differently colored hair to represent another Attribute; green, blue, red, orange, and purple.

While going incognito in the Alien Residential Area, Yuna wears a black cloak that covers up most of her person, leaving only her lower face and legs visible.

In the second season, Yuna wears a sailor fuku uniform while attending Alien Middle School #8: a white blouse with a blue collar tied at the neck by a red ribbon, a pleated blue skirt, and calf-length white socks with her usual white boots.

Personality[edit]

When introduced, Yuna is shown to be cold, cruel, and ruthless. She holds disdain for the idea of helping others and is disrespectful towards Yudias Velgear during their Rush Duel to the point of refusing to give her name at the start of the Duel. Unlike the rest of the cast, she recognizes Yudias' unique Duel Disk, as she knew the person who gave it to him.

Yuna has a violent temper, and is easily angered to the point of physical violence against the captive Fisher Sukai, though she restrains herself from attacking her Dueling opponent.

Yuna holds Rovian Kirishima in high regard, going after both Fisher Sukai and UTS for investigating her. This goes as far as complete adulation and admiration, with Yuna cheering wildly seeing Rovian prepare to Duel the Ohdo twins. In addition, Yuna seems to despise those who attach surface-level judgement values to a situation, being greatly offended that UTS had assumed that the Rovian Bandits had kidnapped her, when in truth she willingly works with the group. Yuna later separated from the group in order to find her own path life.

Yuna holds strong feelings for Yuga Ohdo and was devastated once he was carded after his loss against Phaser Ryugu and decide by any cost to avenge him. Compared to the first season, Yuna's personality has changed considerably, as seen after her defeat against Manabu Sogetsu she seem to accept her defeat and wishing to defeat MIK to her friends. She is also noticeably calmer and less prone to violent outbursts or temper tantrums. She also continues to address Rovian with great reverence but in a much more relaxed tone in comparison to the first season.

Biography[edit]

History[edit]

Yuna met Rovian Kirishima and was enthralled by Rovian's drive to protect the passion, smiles and freedom of Rush Dueling. She abandoned the Goha Company and joined the Rovian Bandits in Badloon Castle in the Alien Residential Area.[5] Yuna also attracted Menjaburo Omori to the Bandits' cause when she made an impression on him by throwing naruto slices in his eyes at Ramen Hut after he tried ordering tsukemen from her.[6]

Second arc[edit]

Yuna learned that someone was asking after her and the Rovian Bandits in the Alien Residential Area, and she ambushed the Informant, Fisher Sukai with a vacuum cleaner, capturing their collective skyfish.[7] Yuna approached Yudias Velgear, Yuhi Ohdo and Yuamu Ohdo outside the Coruffium, holding Sukai hostage in a plastic bag and asked them what business they had with Rovian.[8] Not knowing Yuna's true identity (in part due to Yuna abusing Sukai whenever they tried to divulge it) Yudias Velgear challenged her to a Rush Duel in the hopes that she would reveal more about her own whereabouts. Though initially dismissive, Yuna accepted the challenge upon seeing that Yudias had a Duel Disk that resembled Yuga's, on the condition that she receive the Duel Disk and all of his, Yuhi, and Yuamu Ohdo's Duel Power if she won. Yuna gained an early lead with "Sevens Road Magician", mocking Yudias for his cluelessness, and earning a furious denial of her claim that Earth wasn't full of people who helped one another like Yudias was claiming to. Yudias explained he had been given the Duel Disk and his cards by an armored stranger, and voiced his belief the stranger was Yuna herself, though Yuna knew Yudias had likely met Yuga and angrily revealed her identity. She defeated Yudias by equipping "Sevens Road Magician" with "Road Arms - Sevens Lance", taking Yuga's Duel Disk and the UTS employees' Duel Power as she had promised, believing this would ward them off from investigating Rovian.[9]

Yuna returned to Badloon Castle, dumping Sukai in a corner and informing Rovian she had returned.[10] The following day, Yudias dragged himself into Badloon Castle, but spontaneously transformed into a shirt-like form before Yuna and the other Bandits, so they hung him up with their laundry.[11] Later that day, Yuna and the Bandits found that Yuhi, Yuamu and one of Sukai's skyfish, Navel Number 81 (who had escaped the bag containing the skyfish due to Yuna's rough treatment of it) had infiltrated Badloon Castle. Rovian then arrived to challenge the twins to a 2-on-1 Rush Duel, exciting Yuna over the possibility of hearing her space poems.[10] Throughout the Rush Duel, Yuna continuously cheered on Rovian, praising Rovian's space poems and moves and arguing with Yuhi over their quality. Yuna threw the bag containing Sukai at Valvelgear when the miniature spaceship charged Rovian, successfully knocking out one of its thrusters, but before the Venus sisters could throw the Ohdo twins out, a flashbang blinded them and the twins were rescued, Yuna ordering the Bandits to find them.[5] Menjaburo was able to intercept the Ohdo twins, but was distracted during his Rush Duel with Manya Atachi, one of the people who had rescued the twins, and failed to stop them from returning and stealing the shirt-like Yudias. Yuna admonished Menjaburo when he reported his failure, fretting over facing Rovian afterwards, but Rovian recited a verse about finding a wonderful world by digging in the backyard, something Yuna realized referred to the Space Treasure, and she thanked Rovian for her guidance.[6]

Manabu was then alerted to something entering the solar system by MIK, which Rovian and Camos determined to be the Great King of Terror approaching.[11]

Decks[edit]

Sevens Road[edit]

Yuna initially uses Yuga Ohdo's Sevens Road Deck, including his ace monster "Sevens Road Magician". Similarly to Yuga, Yuna's strategy revolves around sending monsters with different Attributes to her Graveyard to maximize the ATK "Sevens Road Magician" can gain with its effect. Yuna also uses the first Equip Spell Card seen in a Rush Duel anime, "Road Arms - Sevens Lance", which further powers up "Sevens Road Magician" even during the opponent's turn and prevents it from being destroyed by their Trap Card effects. Yuna originally borrowed Yuga's Deck to use as a reference for her own Celeb Rose Deck, returning it after he took over her and Yudias's Rush Duel against The☆Lugh.

Celeb Rose[edit]

Yuna's original Deck is a Celeb Rose Deck. Her monsters are similar to Yuga's, but in contrast to his multi-Attribute Deck, hers are entirely LIGHT Attribute. Her Deck has a heavy focus on Spell Cards, particularly Equip Spell Cards. The effects of her "Celeb Rose" Ace Monsters focus around manipulating Equip Spell Cards to destroy her opponent's monsters. The Deck also represents her feelings for Yuga. Yuna's Deck is comprised solely of Spellcasters, contrasting to Yuga's tendency to mix multiple types of monsters alongside his Spellcasters.
