Pseudo-Flip Effects are similiar to Flip Effects, however, they just state they are activated when the card is "flipped face-up", therefore they wouldn't be negated by card effects that negate Flip effects (like Ceasefire) for example.
Examples of monsters with such effects are Tsukuyomi, Dark Dust Spirit and Nightmare Penguin.
