Activates upon being flipped face-up

Pseudo-Flip Effects are similar to Flip Effects; however, they only state they are activated when the card is "flipped face-up", therefore they won't be negated by card effects that negate Flip Effects (like "Ceasefire", "The Spell Absorbing Life", or "Evil HERO Dark Gaia") for example. Recently, they have been replacing Flip Effect Monsters, with only a few true Flip Effect Monsters released.
Examples of monsters with such effects are "Geargiarmor", "Nightmare Penguin", "Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo", and "Worm Yagan".
