Speed Counters are only used in Riding Duels. This kind of counter is used by "Speed World", which automatically prevents the either player from being able to activate Spell Cards that do not have "Speed Spell" in it's card name, and make both players gain speed counters each turn. The Speed Counters affects the actual speed of your D-Wheel. most speed spells requires a minimum number of speed counters to be activated, and some also require you to pay some counters. These counters are referred to on the D-Wheel's display monitor as "SPC".
