Pick up a card

"Magical Merchant", a card that allows one to pick up cards.

To pick up a card is to take and lift up a card from Deck, or face-down card from the field.

Picked-up cards are still considered to be in the Deck/field, and will be treated as such, until sent to the Graveyard, added to the hand, banished etc.

To prevent cheating, when an effect requires you to pick up a card of a specific type from your Deck, then you must reveal the card to your opponent.

You do not lose the duel if you have no card in your Deck when required to pick up a card from it.
