Locator Card

During the Battle City tournament, each duelist received 1 Locator Card containing a small portion of the Battle City map at the start of the tournament. If a Duelist was defeated, they had to relinquish all Locator Card(s) they held to their opponent, along with their rarest card. In concept, this meant that you could theoretically progress to the finals by dueling someone with 5 Locator Cards and winning, although in practice, this was lengthened to 3 duels for story and plot-related purposes. Once a Duelist acquired six Locator Cards, they then had to place them on their Duel Disks, to get a virtual map to the the site of the Battle City Finals.
