LIGHT (ひかり Hikari) is an Attribute in Yu-Gi-Oh!. LIGHT monsters are commonly thematically associated with conceptual themes of virtue, power, and divinity, and physical themes of energy and radiance. The Monster Types typically associated with LIGHT are Fairy, Spellcaster, Thunder, Machine and Warrior.

In terms of card effects, LIGHT monsters are typically either highly offensive or highly defensive, with little middle ground.
