Deck Error - Illegal Decklist

This is when the decklist shows a legal deck but the deck is not actually legal.

Example: A player registers 40 cards on her Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG deck registration sheet but presents a 39-card deck. The judge issues a Game Loss penalty, and the player must make her deck match her legal deck registration sheet

Example 2: A player registers 1 copy of a limited card on his/her Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG deck registration sheet but has 2 copies of that card in his/her deck. The judge issues a Game Loss penalty, and the player must make his/her deck match his/her legal deck registration sheet.
