Normal Spell Cards are Spell Speed 1, and thus cannot be used or chained against each other. You may Set a Normal Spell Card, and activate it on the same turn, and is very useful when you Set Normal Spell Cards when using Morphing Jar's effect.
Normal Spell Cards have no icon.
