"Magical Merchant", a card that allows one to pick up cards.
To Pick up a card is to take a card from your Deck, and is used in certain effects. This is not the same as drawing a card, so cards that activate upon a draw will not trigger. Picked-up cards are still considered to be in the Deck, and will be treated as such, until sent to the Graveyard, added to the hand, banished etc.
Also, if required to pick up a card, and you have none left in your Deck to draw, you do not lose at that point. When an effect requires you to pick up cards of a specific type from your Deck, you must show your opponent the card to prevent cheating. However if the type of picked up cards don't matter, such as cards picked up by the effect of "Crystal Seer", you don't show what you picked up.
