Equip Trap Cards 「罠・装備カード」 are a Type of Trap Card, existing only in the Yu-Gi-Oh! R manga, that possess the Equip icon. They have the same basic properties as Equip Spell Cards. No such cards exist in the OCG or TCG. Equip Trap Cards include cards like "Metalmorph", "Amulet of Affection", "Mirror Barrier", etc. In the OCG/TCG, Metalmorph was made into a Normal Trap Card (a misprint in Premium Pack 1 labeled it as a Continuous Trap Card by mistake) that becomes an Equip Card after activation. While no real-life Trap Cards have the Equip Property by default, some are treated as Equip Cards immediately after activation (such as "Blast with Chain").
