Ms. Chono (蝶野先生 Chōno-sensei) is a character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga. She is a teacher at Domino High School. She earned the nickname The Wicked Witch of Expel after expelling fifteen students over the course of six months.

Ms. Chono was furious about getting dumped by a man she dated, before she got a chance to dump him instead. She decided to vent her anger on a class—which happened to be Yugi's—with a desk check, hoping to scare them and find an opportunity to expel some of them for finding "cool" things such as cigarettes, lipsticks, and condoms.
