Equip Spell Card

Equip Spell Cards are Spell Cards that usually change the ATK and DEF of a Monster Card on the field, and/or grant that Monster Card special abilities. When you activate an equip card, you choose a face up monster on the field to equip the card to, and the card's effect apply to that monster until the card is destroyed. When the equipped monster is removed from the field or flipped face down, all the equip cards equipped to that monster are destroyed.

• An example of a ATK-Boosting Equip Spell Card is Axe of Despair
• An example of a DEF-Boosting Equip Spell Card is Horn of Light
• Examples for Equip Spell Cards with unusual effects are Premature Burial, Amplifier, and Snatch Steal.
• An example of an Equip Spell Card that both boosts ATK and grants the monster special ability is Big Bang Shot
