Shell Guardian - Savan is a character appearing in some video games. He first appears in Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2008 in the World of Sunlight, guarding the door to the World of Civilization. The player must defeat him 3 times, each time with a different Deck building condition, to unlock the World of Civilization.

In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2009: Stardust Accelerator, Savan appears as a downloadable Ghost Duelist for October 2009.

Deck

In World Championship 2008, Savan's Decks are also designed along the same Deck building restrictions he imposes on the player.

• 40 Cards only: Midnight Thunder, a Thunder-themed beatdown Deck.
• 2000 LP: Wanna Dance?, a defensive Burn Deck that attempts to destroy aggressive players with massive reflected damage and instant effect damage.
• Monsters only: Prehistoric Drum, a Monsters-only beatdown Deck which also has some effects that Special Summon more monsters to get around the Normal Summon limit.
• No Spells: Prohibited Trap, a Deck designed to circumvent the effects of Trap cards, which will likely be the player's only method of defense with this restriction.
• 3 Copies of Each Card: Back, You Beast!, a Beast-themed beatdown Deck.

In Stardust Accelerator, Savan uses a WATER Deck, titled "Ocean's Saver".
