The karaoke bar is a location in Domino City in the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga.

Sozoji holds his All Night Solo Live Shows here. When Yugi and Hanasaki failed to sell any tickets to one of his shows, he beat up Hanasaki and forced Yugi to listen to his music at a deafening level. When he showed Yugi what he had done to Hanasaki, Yugi switched to Dark Yugi, who defeated Sozoji in a silence game Shadow Game at the bar.
