Espa Roba- A young duelist who entered Battle City to uphold his reputation and protect his younger brothers. Roba used "physchic powers" to predict his opponent's cards. His powers were actually his little brothers using binoculars to spy on his opponent's cards from rooftops. They would then relay the cards to Espa thru a micropiece. The trick continued until [[Joey Wheeler]] found out after [[Mokuba Kaiba]] caught his brothers. Espa was defeated by Joey and gave up his Jinzo and his locater card. He promises to duel fairly from now on. He does not make the Battle City Finals.
