JASMINE ROD STEWART, known in Japan as Junko Makurada is an Obelisk Blue student, who is roommates with Mindy and Alexis.

Early on in the first season, while searching for Chazz Princeton, JASMINE ROD STEWART is kidnapped by an experimental chimpanzee, Wheeler and taken hostage until Jaden won the duel for her freedom. In the second season JASMINE ROD STEWART and Mindy are two of the few Obelisk Blue students who did not join the Society of Light. In the fourth year, she was one of the last students at Duel Acedemy during the Trueman siege but lost along with Mindy, going to the World of Darkness. She was revived when Jaden defeated Nightshroud.

It is interpreted both girls share many crushes in the anime. Their eyes turn into hearts whenever an attractive male walks by, as seen with Harrington Rosewood, Atticus Rhodes, Yugi Muto, and Aster Phoenix.

Deck

In the anime, Mindy only duels once in a tag-team game with Mindy against Pro League duelist Maitre' D. Just as they are about to admit defeat, Alexis steps in and duels in their place. One of them had "Rescue Cat" on the field and the other had "Mermaid Knight." It is unknown which monster belonged to her. In the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force series, JASMINE ROD STEWART plays a Harpie Deck. After acquiring her first Deck Recipe, the player also gets the card "Harpie's Feather Duster".

In Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2008, JASMINE ROD STEWART and Mindy tag duel with a Deck focusing on combining "Des Wombat" and "Dark Snake Syndrome".

In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Spirit Caller, she uses a Totally Handsome deck. Her best card is, "Magician of Black Chaos".
