Dragon 1, known as Feng Long in the English version of the Dungeon Dice Monsters video game and unnamed in the manga was an arcade game player, who beat-up Yugi in frustration over losing a streak of Virtual VS to him.
Manga biography
Feng Long played a fighting arcade game with Yugi, where both of them choose the same character, Bruce Ryu (a take-off on Bruce Lee - In the first series anime Yugi's character is called "Dragon"). After Yugi defeats him several times, Feng Long beats up Yugi in retaliation and takes his Millennium Puzzle.
Jonouchi chases down Long to get back the Puzzle.
Feng Long sets up a fighting game where, if Jonouchi wins, he can take back the Puzzle. Both players fight with a knife clenched between their teeth. He threatens to smash the Puzzle if Jonouchi refuses. Long cheats as he secretly has a trick knife that will slide into its hilt. That proves irrelevant as Jonouchi tells Long to take the knife out of his mouth, so he won't have to hold back from punching him in the face. Long gladly accepts and Jonouchi keeps a knife in his own mouth.
Jonouchi teases Long's speed while he dodges all his punches with his hands in his pockets. Long gets annoyed and tells him to take his hands out of his pockets. Jonouchi leaves them in saying he's got promises to his friend in both pockets and Long doesn't get to see them until the end of the game. When Long got close to Jonouchi, Jonouchi popped open a can of soda from one pocket, spraying Long in the face. The soda was a promise he had made to Yugi. Jonouchi then punches him using his fist from his other pocket, telling Long that that was his promise to clobber him.
Jonouchi returns the puzzle to Yugi.
Anime biography
In the anime, the events leading to Dragon (Feng Long) and Jonouchi's fight were much the same. However they fought over a pipe, and Dragon had nunchaku, yet Jonouchi managed to defeat him anyway.
