Lazar's brother was an entertainer at a circus with the rest of his family.

He lived in a circus tent with his mother, father, brother and sister. They lived in poverty and didn't get much visitors.^[1]

Lazar shared the Itachi cup ramen he got for his birthday with him and their sister.^[1]
