Ramon is an habitant from Crashtown.
Biography
Ramon is the leader of one of the 2 gangs that rules this harsh town through Duels. While the other gang opposing his, belongs to Malcolm. According to another resident, Barbara, the 2 of them came to form their groups as a violent way of forcing people to work in the excavation of the "Dyne" mineral.
As both Ramon and Malcolm became in charge of such task. Currently, one member from Ramon´s group is none other than Kalin Kesler, to which Ramon himself calls "Sensei".
Most of the gang members from his group wear black capes.
