The mustached Security chief led the Sector Security in their battle with Team Satisfaction, which ultimatly led to the team disbanding.
After Kalin, who has killed a security in the battle, was captured, Kalin spotted the chief patting Yusei on the shoulder, causing him to believe Yusei had sold him out.
