Carrie Nagisa is a reporter, who tends to get pushed around by others as she attempts to interview people. Unfortunately, she doesn't appear to be very successful, as it appears that she is living out of her own car, which is in need of dire repair itself.
Using a Duel Disk radar in her car, Carrie was able to locate Yusei Fudo and the Dark Signer, when they dueled.
Deck
Carrie owns a Fortune-Telling Deck, which contains 6 small female sprites, each of which are colored according to an Attribute, including "Fortune Telling Witch Hikari". She uses this deck to determine her future courses of action rather than dueling.
