Carly Nagisa is a reporter, who tends to get pushed around by others as she attempts to interview people. Unfortunately, she doesn't appear to be very successful, as it appears that she is living out of her own car, which is in need of dire repair itself.
Using a Duel Disk radar in her car, Carly was able to locate Yusei Fudo and the Dark Signer, when they dueled. While she managed to catch the second half of the duel on her camera, and avoid being killed from an upturned car, she was detained by New Domino police soon after the duel ended, who were attracted by the commotion the Duel had caused.
Deck
Carly owns a Fortune-Telling Deck, which contains 6 small female sprites, each of which are colored according to an Attribute, including "Fortune Telling Witch Hikari". She uses this Deck to determine her future courses of action.
