The King of the Underworld is the consequential ruler of what´s known as the Underworld.
Mentioned briefly by the Dark Signers' leader, Rudger in his rematch against Yusei Fudo. For now not much is known about this character, only that the Dark Signer describes this unknown entity as the "Ultimate God" one said to be the mightiest of them all. Also that it appears to be already unleashed.
According to Rudger it shall appear soon, if the 4 controller Towers for the Old Momentum are not activated before sunset. As by then the Door to the Underworld will be finally be opened.
