Lazar's father was an entertainer at a circus with the rest of his family.
Biography[edit]
He lived in a circus tent with his wife, older and younger sons and his daughter. They lived in poverty and didn't get many visitors.[1]
After Lazar became vice-director of Sector Security, he sent him and his wife plenty of cup ramen as presents.[1]
