Zora, also known as Zola due to the common confusion between "L" and "R", is an older woman, who is also the landlord of the apartment in which Yusei, Jack and Crow live in. She seems to be an old friend of Martha, as Zora mentions that she only lets the 3 of them live there because of their foster mother. When she sees someone being mischievous, she can be severe and very strict.
However she seems to change attitude to a more gentle and understanding one when it comes dealing with Yusei and his affairs with Sector Security.
Thus like Martha, Zora also believes in Yusei and his ability to help others. This was seen in the incident involving Rudolph Heitmann and his attempt to expel Leo, Luna, Dexter, Bob, Patty and Sly from the Duel Academy. As she is the one who tells the Principal he should use Yusei's dueling skills to persuade Heitmann not to expel the children.
